Company Introduction 1994年7月8日，嘉树厂与马来西亚新华联签订《中外合资湖南华联瓷业有限公司合同书》，双方约定：由嘉树厂与马来西亚新华联共同成立华联有限；注册资本为人民币550万元。2008年7月2日，商务部出具“商资批[2008]834号”《商务部关于同意湖南华联瓷业有限公司变更为外商投资股份有限公司的批复》，同意华联有限变更为外商投资股份有限公司并更名为“湖南华联瓷业股份有限公司”，华联瓷业股本总额为16,000万股。2008年7月11日，商务部核发“商外资资审字[2008]0175号”《外商投资企业批准证书》。2008年6月14日，华联有限董事会决议通过，同意华联有限以整体变更的方式，发起设立外商投资股份有限公司。同日，华联有限原股东签署了发起人协议书。华联有限以截至2008年5月31日经审计的净资产227,038,274.62元折为股份公司股本16,000万股，整体变更为湖南华联瓷业股份有限公司。2008年8月1日，公司在湖南省工商行政管理局注册，取得了“430200400000164号”《企业法人营业执照》。 公司自成立以来一直从事陶瓷制品的研发、设计、生产和销售，以色釉陶瓷个性化、创意化立足行业，秉承“日用陶瓷艺术化，艺术陶瓷生活化”的产品理念服务客户，享有较高的市场知名度与美誉度。公司自成立以来累计海外客户200余家，遍布全球40多个国家或地区，据中国陶瓷工业协会统计，2010年-2019年，公司日用陶瓷出口规模连续10年在国内同行业中排名第一。公司是宜家在全球重要的日用陶瓷供应商，是贵州茅台、五粮液等知名酒企重要的陶瓷酒瓶供应商。
