Company Introduction 公司是中国大陆一家致力于为中国智造提供全面支持的综合服务商。总部位于深圳，员工400多人，旗下拥有北高智、天午、大豆、蜜连和泰舸等子公司。主营业务包括电子元器件分销、物联网产品设计及芯片定制业务。好上好信息采用“集团大平台+子公司业务自主”的运营模式，各个子公司在业务层面独立经营和管理，在仓储物流、资金信贷、IT信息系统、方案设计等后台资源方面全面共享。 公司是国内知名的电子元器件分销商，主要向消费电子、物联网、照明等应用领域的电子产品制造商销售电子元器件，并提供相关产品设计方案和技术支持等服务。公司代理的产品主要包括SoC芯片、无线芯片及模块、电源及功率器件、模拟/数字器件、存储器、LED器件、传感器、处理器、光电器件、结构件及被动器件等各类电子元器件，其中以SoC芯片、无线芯片及模块、电源及功率器件、模拟/数字器件、存储器等主动元器件为主。目前，公司拥有联发科（MTK）、PI（帕沃英蒂格盛）、星宸科技（Sigmastar）、Nordic（北欧半导体）、恒玄科技（BES）、CirrusLogic（凌云半导体）、格科（GALAXYCORE）、晶晨半导体（Amlogic）、CreeLED（恪立）、圣邦股份（SGMC）、晶豪（ESMT）等境内外知名原厂的授权，向包括小米集团、四川长虹、康冠、兆驰股份、华曦达、安克创新、移远通信、奥海科技、赛尔康、上海创米、歌尔股份、爱都科技、视源股份等客户销售电子元器件产品。 公司基于客户的产品需求和多年来的技术积累，逐步开拓了物联网产品设计及制造业务，并开展了芯片定制业务。在物联网产品设计及制造业务方面，公司已推出多款智能家居产品、物联网无线模组和公网通讯设备；在芯片定制业务方面，公司已推出多款TWS蓝牙耳机配套芯片。报告期内，物联网产品设计及制造业务和芯片定制业务规模较小。
