| Company Introduction | 陕西美能清洁能源集团股份有限公司是一家富于创新和充满活力的专业燃气运营企业,是陕西省城市燃气热力协会常务理事单位。2015年12月,公司由原陕西美能燃气有限责任公司整体改制为股份制企业。企业总部位于古城西安,主要从事城市燃气、压缩天然气加气站、液化天然气生产厂及加气站、煤制天然气的生产厂、输气管线的投资;燃气行业的咨询、培训、管理。公司自2002年开始进行燃气行业的投资,目前在陕西省内投资、建设、运营了凤翔、神木、韩城三地的城市天然气供气项目和多个CNG(LNG)加气站、加气母站等项目。同时,与中石油煤层气有限责任公司、渭南市城市投资集团有限公司共同出资设立了中石油渭南煤层气管输有限责任公司,建设了191.60公里的韩(韩城)-渭(渭南)-西(西安)煤层气长输管道项目,年输气能力达19.51亿立方米,进一步丰富和延伸了公司的燃气经营产业链。公司还参股投资了韩城浦发村镇银行,截止目前形成了拥有五家全资子公司和两家参股公司的集团企业。与时俱进,继往开来,美能燃气将围绕天然气产业链,立足陕西、面向全国,以资产管理为核心,全身心投入到天然气应用领域,以投资、控股、参股经营为手段,实现规模化扩张和高速发展,创造良好的社会效益和经济效益,努力将美能燃气建设成为具有较大影响力的一流燃气企业。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
