Company Introduction 公司是一家专注于休闲运动和健身器材系列产品研发、设计、生产和销售的高新技术企业，多年来深耕国际市场，为消费者提供专业、科学、安全、有特色、可信赖的休闲运动和健身综合解决方案，并向康养器材领域开发延伸，致力于成为国际知名的全生命周期休闲运动健康服务供应商。公司拥有三柏硕、海硕健身和得高钢塑三大生产基地，目前产品库中约31个系列、一千余款产品，形成了休闲运动和健身器材系列产品群，特别是其多样化、高品质的蹦床产品在国际市场广受欢迎。公司具备较强的海外市场开拓及整合能力，凭借优秀的研发设计能力、快速响应能力以及卓越的产品品质，已经与亚马逊、沃尔玛、迪卡侬和爱康等国际知名零售商及体育品牌建立了良好、稳定的业务合作关系，产品销往多个国家和地区。公司成立近二十年，积累了深厚的行业经验，积极巩固和发展休闲运动和健身器材业务，不断丰富和延伸产品和业务范围，同时积极向行业上下游拓展。美国子公司思凯沃克在公司业务体系中的定位为跟踪海外市场需求变化的海外研发平台以及推广自有品牌和实施全球化战略的平台，公司凭借思凯沃克的良好口碑不断开拓国际市场份额。同时公司正积极拓展国内休闲运动和健身器材市场。 公司是拥有较强自主设计和创新能力的高新技术企业，被山东省工业和信息化厅等部门认定为山东省瞪羚企业和“专精特新”中小企业，是青岛市认定企业技术中心，被中国文教体育用品协会授予“中国健身及休闲运动器材行业研发中心”和“中国体育用品制造业（蹦床类）示范生产企业”称号，是中国文教体育用品协会《休闲蹦床》团体标准的主要起草单位。公司秉承“让人们更简单、更快乐地运动起来，畅享高品质健康生活”的理念，深耕国际市场多年，是全球休闲运动和健身器材产品重要的制造商。 公司自设立以来一直从事休闲运动和健身器材的研发、设计、生产及销售，休闲运动器材包括不同型号的蹦床以及其他休闲运动器材，健身器材涵盖有氧健身器材和力量型健身器材，包括跑步机、椭圆机、健身车、综合训练机和杠铃架等。公司拥有SKYWALKER和瑜阳（TECHPLUS等）等具有一定国际、国内知名度的自有品牌，亦通过ODM/OEM模式为迪卡侬、爱康等国际知名企业生产休闲运动和健身器材产品。
