Company Introduction 本公司系由赣州八维整体变更设立的股份有限公司。2017年6月13日，赣州八维股东会作出决议，同意赣州八维整体变更为股份公司。2017年6月29日，赣州八维的全体股东作为发起人共同签署了《发起人协议》。2017年6月30日，公司召开创立大会暨第一次股东大会，审议通过赣州八维以截至2016年12月31日经审计的净资产共计人民币11,181.77万元，按1：0.89431306的比例折合为10,000万股，每股面值人民币1元，差额1,181.77万元计入公司资本公积。 2017年7月31日，公司就整体变更为股份有限公司事项办理完毕工商变更登记，并将公司名称变更为赣州播恩生物技术股份有限公司。 公司主营业务为饲料的研发、生产、销售，凭借着优质的产品质量、良好的技术服务和企业信誉，公司市场规模稳步扩大，目前已覆盖全国多个省市，发展成为集研发、生产、销售、服务为一体的全国性饲料提供商。 公司的主要产品为猪用饲料。公司大力推广幼小动物营养理念，在猪动物营养领域，主要为客户提供优质教槽料、乳猪料等高端幼小猪营养产品。为及时、充分、有效地响应客户需求，公司战略性地在江西省、广东省、浙江省、重庆市建立了生产基地，坚持“总部统筹调配，区域响应协同”，根据养殖猪类品种、环境、地域养殖习惯等特点，为客户提供相应产品及服务。 公司致力于为下游客户提供健康安全的饲料产品，随着业务持续稳步发展，公司现已成为饲料行业优质企业，先后获评“2020三十强饲料企业”、“2020二十强饲料添加剂企业”、“2020畜牧饲料行业十大生物饲料领军企业”。公司主要产品也得到广泛认可，播恩3011S30%保育猪用浓缩饲料于2021年获得南方报业传媒集团“年度影响力替抗产品”称号；TTT教槽料于2019年获得中国畜牧业协会颁发的“中国畜牧业博览会科技创新产品银奖”；生物饲料核心产品四驱双酸发酵料于2019年获得南方报业传媒集团“年度影响力替抗产品”称号；8V牌乳猪前期配合饲料获得“江西名牌产品”称号；多个产品获得广东省高新技术企业协会颁发的“广东省高新技术产品”荣誉。 同时，作为行业优质企业，公司参与起草了国家标准《仔猪、生长育肥猪配合饲料》，以及《哺乳母猪用菌酶协同发酵饲料》、《生长肥育猪用菌酶协同发酵饲料》团体标准。
