Company Introduction 公司主营业务为硬连接、柔性连接、触头组件、叠层母排和CCS等系列化电连接产品以及同步分解器等产品的研发、生产和销售。公司致力于为全球各领域客户提供高性能电连接产品及贴合其个性化需求的产品组合方案，使电连接更加安全、可靠、绿色、智能。 在多年的发展历程中，公司紧跟国家政策导向与行业发展趋势，依托在电连接领域的技术沉淀和行业经验，逐步将应用领域从电力电工、轨道交通等行业拓展至新能源汽车、风光储（风电、光伏、储能）等新兴行业。 公司获得了西门子“优秀供应商”“供应商发展项目卓越奖”“战略供应商”，施耐德“优秀合作供应商”“卓越提升奖”“飞升卓越奖”，比亚迪第十四事业部（主要负责电动汽车核心零部件的研发与生产）“优秀供应商”，金风科技“优秀交付奖”“长期合作奖”“绿色供应商认证”“优秀质量供应商”，欣旺达“卓越质量奖”，GE“最佳合作奖”，蜂巢能源“卓越贡献奖”，中创新航“优秀供应商”等荣誉。 为快速响应全球客户需求、提升客户体验，公司形成了以北京辐射华北、无锡辐射长三角、株洲辐射珠三角及西南市场的国内区域布局，并在塞尔维亚建立了海外生产基地。产品已出口至欧洲、北美、东南亚、韩国、印度等国家或地区。 作为国家高新技术企业，公司坚持在技术研发上持续创新，不断提高产品质量和技术水平，为客户提供具有竞争力的产品和服务。截至2025年12月31日，公司拥有201项授权专利，其中发明专利22项、实用新型专利177项、外观设计专利2项。发行人被评为“国家专精特新‘小巨人’企业”和“北京市企业技术中心”，子公司无锡维通利被评为“江苏省专精特新中小企业”“无锡市中低压触头焊接工程技术研究中心”和“无锡市企业技术中心”，子公司株洲维通利被评为“湖南省专精特新中小企业”和“湖南省第一批创新型中小企业”。公司还通过了汽车行业质量管理体系认证（IATF16949）、IRIS国际铁路行业质量管理体系认证（ISO/TS22163）、轨道交通行业焊接质量管理体系认证（EN15085）、质量管理体系认证（ISO9001）、国际焊接质量体系认证（ISO3834-2），并获取了美国UL认证、欧盟CE认证等进入国际市场的相关资质。
