Company Introduction 浙江方正电机股份有限公司成立于1995年，2007年12月12日在深圳证券交易所正式挂牌上市（股票代码002196）。公司系新能源汽车驱动电机、微电机及控制器、汽车控制系统领域领军企业，业务涉及新能源汽车、缝制机械、汽车座椅电机、汽车电子和白色家电等多个领域。公司总部在浙江丽水，同时在上海、深圳、湖州、越南等地拥有数个研发、制造基地。方正电机成立以来，秉承“技术为先“的理念深耕细作，以“驱动世界不断向前”为使命，致力于成为电驱动领域卓越并且受人尊重的世界级企业，以创新的系统性方案和可靠的质量，为我们的业务伙伴、员工和股东创造共同的价值。 微特电驱事业部 方正电机微电机系列产品销往全国及欧美、东南亚、台湾等地区，为台湾伸兴机电、美国江森公司、美国TTI、美国SBD、日本兄弟公司、日本车乐美、日本日精等国际大型公司提供配套电机，产品覆盖DC，AC，BLDC多系列多品种微型电机。方正电机生产的多功能家用缝纫机电机产量稳居全球前茅，全球市场占有率达到85%。 电子事业部 以深圳高科润电子有限公司为主体，专注于工业和车用BLDC马达驱动器和智能控制器的设计和制造，年产3000万台以上，是科沃斯，伊莱克斯，延锋等知名企业的重要供应商和合作伙伴。 商用车事业部 方正电机旗下全资子公司上海海能汽车电子有限公司是国内柴油机控制器、天然气发动机控制系统、柴油机后处理控制器、新能源控制系统的主要供应商，是在该领域少数几家能与国际主流品牌竞争的本土企业之一，其中低碳燃料（天然气、氢气、甲醇、氨气）发动机控制器技术行业领先，为国内知名商用车发动机厂家玉柴、上柴、三一等配套。 新能源电驱事业部 方正电机新能源汽车驱动电机在行业内排名前三，核心技术团队拥有多年汽车驱动、电机、电控系统产品研发制造经验，既具备高学历和扎实的专业知识，又具备专业技术研发实战经验，从而保证研发能力在国际上成为同行业中的佼佼者。新能源电驱业务已与上海汽车集团、蔚然动力（属蔚来汽车）、小鹏汽车、吉利汽车、奇瑞汽车、上汽通用五菱、北汽，蜂巢传动（属长城汽车）等国内新能源整企建立了牢固的配套关系。 方正电机在研发上厚积薄发，在制造上脚踏实地，致力于为客户提供高品质产品和服务，成为国内领先、国际上有竞争力行业先锋。 价值观：诚信、卓越、关爱、共赢
