Company Introduction 威海华东数控股份有限公司成立于2002年成立3月，其成立期初主要是承接威海机床厂有限公司从事普通机床生产制造业务，经威海市政府积极协调，引进财务投资者山东省高新技术创业投资有限公司后，开始向研发、生产制造大型数控机床及关键功能部件转型，2008年6月经中国证监会批准在深圳证券交易所中小板成功上市,股票简称：华东数控，证券代码：002248。 公司建有省级技术中心、省级工程研究中心、省级工程实验室等研发机构，为山东省高新技术企业。拥有专利122项，其中发明专利20项，外观设计专利1项;自主研发并取得软件著作权3项；拥有山东名牌产品3项；注册商标6项，其中“HDCNC”被评为山东省著名商标；公司通过ISO9001:2008，ISO14001:2004，GB/T28001-2001质量管理体系、环境管理体系、职业健康安全管理体系认证，金太阳能产品认证，CE认证，ASME认证，TUV认证。具备并已承担了高档精密数控机床、金太阳光伏发电等国家级重点项目工程。 历经十年的发展，公司已形成较为快速发展基础及完善的发展体系，形成了以数控机床发展为主线，多向延伸产业链条，逐步向与数控机床产业密切相关、国家积极鼓励的新能源装备行业进军的战略格局。 华东数控经过十年的发展已经探索出了数控机床及普通机床产品的创新新路。经过上市、增发双重洗礼，公司的产品结构更加完整，种类更加齐全，可靠性和稳定性更高，形成了以数控机床为主体，经济型和普及型机床为辅的产业格局。主导产品有数控龙门导轨磨床系列产品、数控龙门铣镗床系列产品(包含定梁定柱、定梁动柱、动梁定柱、动梁动柱)、数控落地镗铣床系列产品、数控立式车床、数控立、卧加工中心、万能摇臂铣床、平面磨床等系列产品。 华东数控以数控机床为主线，高端精密机床与精密零部件加工并举，华东数控这匹数控机床新起之秀将腾空在美丽的中国黄海之滨!
