Company Introduction 浙江亚太机电股份有限公司致力于汽车基础制动系统、汽车底盘电子智能控制系统、轮毂电机以及线控底盘的开发、生产、销售，于2009年8月28日在深圳证券交易所上市（股票代码：002284）。是国家重点高新技术企业、国家技术创新示范企业、国家创新型试点企业、中国汽车零部件制动器行业龙头企业、首批国家汽车零部件出口基地企业、国内率先自主研发生产汽车ABS的大型专业化一级汽车零部件供应商，国家科学技术进步二等奖获得单位，设有国家认可实验室、院士工作站和博士后科研工作站。 公司的产品销售网络覆盖了国内各大知名的整车企业和国际著名的汽车跨国公司，并自营出口南北美、欧洲、中东、东南亚等国家和地区，现已进入了大众、通用、本田、日产、Stellantis等全球采购平台。 公司以成功开发并产业化的汽车防抱死制动系统ABS为基础，逐步实现各类汽车底盘电子制动系统产品的研发生产，诸如EPB(电子驻车制动系统) 、ESC(汽车电子操纵稳定系统)、IBS（TWOBOX，解耦式电子助力制动系统)、EBB(TWOBOX,非解耦式电子助力制动系统)、IBS(ONEBOX,智能制动系统)等，实现了与国际大型汽车零部件集团同台竞技。 公司以汽车主动安全技术为基础，布局汽车智能网联产业和新能源产业，打造智能汽车环境感知+主动安全控制+移动互联的无人驾驶产业链，实现了77GHz毫米波雷达，视觉系统（含控制器）产业化。 在汽车轮毂电机及线控底盘系统方面，公司具备了轮毂电机、逆变器调速模块、中央控制器PCU、从单元到整套系统的综合开发能力，成功研发多款驱动、制动集成化轮毂电机产品。为专用车市场开发了“最低底盘平台、最低EKG能耗、最大装载空间”的专用物流车底盘平台，为物流车行业提供一整套完整的高效技术方案。 作为国内汽车制动系统行业的龙头企业，公司将始终秉承“诚信、务实、开拓、合力”的核心价值观，以“制造精品部件，服务名优主机”为使命，以“建百年老厂，创世界品牌”为愿景，继续坚持走自主创新之路，把产业做大做强，增强企业核心竞争力，争创国际一流企业，为弘扬民族精神，发展中国汽车工业做出应有的贡献！
