Company Introduction 天津赛象科技股份有限公司是一家橡胶机械企业,一直从事各种子午线轮胎生产成套装备和检测设备的研发、生产和销售,其中自主开发和研制的子午线轮胎系列设备达到了二十多个系列,主要产品有成型设备、挤出设备、裁断设备、钢丝圈缠绕设备和检测设备等.公司近年新研制的产品包括乘用/轻卡子午线轮胎全自动一次法成型机、工程胎面仿型缠绕生产线、工程胎平缠绕生产线和四鼓式B型全钢工程子午胎线轮胎一次法成型机等.2008年,公司成功研制了具有完全自主知识产权的49/51英寸全钢巨型工程子午线轮胎一次法成型机、特巨型工程子午线轮胎X光检测机、90°裁断机、小角度裁断机和钢丝圈生产线等新产品;2009年上半年,公司又成功研制生产出57/63英寸全钢特巨型工程子午线轮胎一次法成型机及子午线轮胎胎面缠绕生产线等新产品.公司主要经济指标连续五年在国内同行业名列前茅,2005年至2006年公司销售收入连续两年排名世界同行业第五名,2007年排名世界同行业第六名.公司自成立以来多次获得国家级、省市级奖项,其中"巨型工程子午线轮胎成套生产技术与设备开发"项目于2007年12月获得国务院颁发的国家科学技术进步奖一等奖,为行业内首获殊荣;"TST-LCZ-3-80三鼓式全钢载重子午线轮胎一次法成型机"项目于2005年获中国石油和化工协会颁发的科技进步奖一等奖;"全钢载重子午线轮胎一次法成型机"项目于2001年获得国务院颁发的国家科学技术进步奖二等奖;"LM-X850,600轮胎胎面复合挤出联动生产线"项目于1997年获得国务院颁发的国家科技进步奖二等奖.此外,公司两次获得天津市科技进步一等奖,6项产品获得国家重点新产品证书。
