Company Introduction 江苏润邦重工股份有限公司（润邦股份，RHI）成立于2003年9月，位于中国首批14个国家级经济技术开发区之一——江苏省南通经济技术开发区，截止目前公司注册资本8.86亿元人民币。2010年9月，公司在深圳证券交易所上市（股票简称“润邦股份”，股票代码“002483”）。 润邦股份主营业务为高端装备业务（主要包括各类物料搬运装备、船舶配套装备、海洋工程装备等业务)产品的设计、研发、制造、销售及服务；以及环保业务（主要包括危废及医废处理处置服务、污泥处理处置服务等））。通过多年经营，公司产品和服务已遍布海内外，在国际市场上已覆盖50多个国家和地区。公司非常注重品牌建设，主要产品品牌——“杰马/GENMA”、“柯赫/KOCH”。 “GENMA”涵盖了三大产品线：船厂/堆场/工厂解决方案、海洋工程解决方案、散料系统解决方案，主要服务于各类船厂、工厂、港口码头、矿业、海工等领域。 “柯赫/KOCH”为全球知名重质散料装卸及输送整体解决方案品牌，拥有70多年的品牌历史，广泛应用于各类矿山、港口、堆场等场所的矿石、煤炭等重质散料的装卸和搬运。
