Company Introduction 公司系在华西能源工业集团有限公司依法整体变更基础上，以发起方式设立；公司经国家市场监督管理总局核准、在四川省自贡市市场监督管理局注册登记，取得统一社会信用代码为91510300762306858F的《企业法人营业执照》。 公司是一家一直专注于各类大中型电站锅炉以及世界先进动力技术的研发、设计和制造的企业.其产品包括了煤粉锅炉、循环流化床锅炉、生物质锅炉等各种锅炉.公司是我国大型电站锅炉、大型电站辅机、特种锅炉研发制造商和出口基地之一。公司开发了具有国内领先水平的以煤粉、煤矸石、水煤浆、油页岩、石油焦、油气、高炉煤气及工业废弃物与生活废弃物等为燃料的高新锅炉技术。 公司所从事的主要业务包括装备制造、工程总包、投资营运三大业务板块。 公司主要产品及服务包括：高效节能锅炉、洁净燃煤锅炉、环保锅炉、新能源综合利用锅炉及其配套产品的设计、制造和销售，以及基于节能环保、可再生能源、新能源综合利用电源建设等领域提供设计、采购、供货、施工、安装调试、竣工验收等部分或全过程的工程总承包服务。 （1）装备制造：专业从事高效节能锅炉、洁净燃煤电站锅炉、碱回收锅炉、垃圾焚烧发电锅炉、生物质发电锅炉、高炉尾气发电锅炉、煤气锅炉、油泥沙锅炉，以及其他工业锅炉、余热锅炉、特种锅炉、压力容器的设计、制造和销售。 （2）工程总包：电厂EPC工程总包、电站BTG工程总包等电力工程施工总承包，市政公用工程施工总承包等。 （3）投资运营：长期股权投资、BOT项目、PPP项目投资建设运营、电厂投资建设运营。 公司产品广泛运用于钢铁、冶金、化工、造纸、制糖、石油、建材等行业自备电厂和余热余能利用，以及热电联产、电厂改造、城市生活垃圾发电、污泥处理、农林废弃物处理等节能环保、循环经济、新能源综合利用等领域。 公司致力于提供多元化的能源系统解决方案，努力开发并持续提供更高效节能、更洁净环保的能源动力设备、能源转换技术及系统集成方案等服务，实现“水更清、天更蓝、人们生活更美好”的企业愿景。
