Company Introduction 公司主要从事厚壁滑动轴承及部套件的研发、生产与销售，产品主要包括DQY端盖式滑动轴承系列、ZQ/ZQKT座式滑动轴承系列、ZH动静压座式滑动轴承系列、VTBS立式推力轴承系列、1000MW/600MW/300MW轴承系列及轴承部套件等，广泛应用于高速、重载、高精度、大功率的机械设备。 1、DQY端盖式滑动轴承系列：主要应用于大中型交、直流电动机和其他旋转机械，具有自动调心、噪声振动小、体积小、使用维护方便等优点。通过轴承结构的改进，该系列产品结构紧凑、体积较小、占用空间较小，有利于电机内部空间的布置。 2、ZQ/ZQKT座式滑动轴承系列：主要应用于大中型交、直流电动机和其他旋转机械，具有自动调心、可靠性高、使用维护方便等优点。该系列产品承载能力大，适应较高的转速，能够保持转子系统的稳定性和可靠性。 3、ZH动静压座式滑动轴承系列：主要应用于大型可逆转变速交、直流电动机，如轧钢机、矿井提升机等。该系列产品通过动压、静压联合作用，可满足电动机转子逆转、变速等特殊工况的需求，具有承载能力大、功耗小、磨损小等优点。 4、VTBS立式推力轴承系列：主要应用于水轮发电机、水泵等，具有承载能力大、使用寿命长、负载均匀等优点，应用领域包括水力发电、污水处理、引水工程等。 5、1000MW/600MW/300MW轴承系列：主要应用于汽轮发电机。该系列的主要产品为600MW汽轮发电机可倾瓦轴承，该轴承的轴瓦采用圆形瓦与可倾瓦组合的特殊结构，具有耗功小、温升低、稳定性好等优点，能够满足大容量发电机性能需求。 6、轴承部套件：水电、火电、风电、核电类发电设备及电动机中轴承外围的部件及配套件，包括发电机主轴、水轮发电机蜗壳、汽轮发电机端盖、燃气轮机透平气缸、风电轮毂、机舱、风力发电机机座等。该类产品主要根据客户需求定制而成。
