| Company Introduction | 公司所属的光伏电池行业属于光伏产业链的核心环节，光伏电池片作为光伏发电的核心部件，决定着光电转换效率，影响下游度电成本。公司主要是通过向上游采购硅片并加工制成光伏电池片，从而销售给下游组件企业。由组件企业对光伏电池片进行拼接、封装制成光伏电池组件，供终端客户使用。2023年上半年度，光伏行业总体快速发展，电池需求随之旺盛。电池环节同时受产能短缺及技术变革的影响，预计未来盈利能力将保持一个较高水平。 2022年，公司引入了具有光伏产业背景的战略股东，充分发挥战略股东丰富的光伏产业经验优势，把握光伏产业高速增长的市场机遇，投资设立子公司棒杰新能源科技有限公司及扬州棒杰新能源科技有限公司，布局光伏产业，践行“双碳”战略，从而形成“无缝服装+光伏”双主业的业务结构，推动公司主营业务向光伏产业的战略转型升级，实现公司多元化、高质量、绿色化发展。2023年，公司继续保持“无缝服装+光伏”双主业的业务结构。 公司无缝服装业务仍为核心业务，主要产品未发生重大变化。公司下属棒杰针织等子公司从事无缝服装的设计、研发、生产和营销，主要产品是无缝服装，产品种类丰富、结构完善，包括内衣系列产品、套装系列产品、休闲服饰产品、运动服饰产品等多个系列产品。无缝服装产品具有舒适自然、时尚、无束缚感等优点，主要应用于基础内衣、运动户外装（如沙滩装、专用运动装、户外旅游装等）、休闲装（如家庭装、睡衣等）、时装（如青春装、城市装等）等领域。 从产业链方面来看，公司处于纺织服装产业链中下游，主要以ODM/OEM的模式为全球客户提供无缝服装的开发设计和生产制造服务。经过多年积累和发展，公司已经建立起从研发设计、样品确认到生产、销售一条完整成熟的生产营销系统。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
