Company Introduction 东江环保股份有限公司立足于工业废物处理业务,积极拓展市政废物处理业务,配套发展环境工程及服务和贸易及其他等增值性业务,充分发挥完整的产业链优势,秉承"保护环境、再造资源"的绿色理念,打造符合低碳经济特色的综合性高科技固废处理环保服务商.公司着眼于长三角、华中和华北等地区广阔的市场空间,业务区域布局已逐步延伸至香港、江苏昆山、山东青岛、河北廊坊、云南昆明、重庆松藻、湖南邵阳、湖北武汉和北京,初步形成立足广东、覆盖长三角和华中、辐射全国的核心市场布局.公司先后被评为"国家环保骨干企业"、"国家资源节约与环境保护重大示范工程单位"、"国家首批循环经济试点单位"、"高新技术企业"和"广东省百强民营企业",2005-2009年度连续入选《福布斯》"中国潜力100强企业".公司的主营业务为:1、工业废物处理业务公司所从事的工业废物处理业务包括工业废物的处理处置和资源化利用,主要是通过化学、物理和生物等手段对工业企业产生的有毒有害的废液、污泥及废渣等废物进行减量化处理和无害化处置,并将废物中具有再利用价值的物质转化为资源化产品.2、市政废物处理业务公司所从事的市政废物处理业务包括市政废物的处理处置和再生能源利用,主要是对城市生活垃圾进行清运和卫生填埋;对市政污水处理过程中产生的污泥进行稳定化/固化改性填埋;对建筑废弃物和餐厨垃圾进行处理及综合利用;利用生活垃圾填埋场所产生的填埋气进行发电.此外,填埋气发电项目和公司联合投资的煤矿乏风减排项目可减少温室气体的排放,符合《京都议定书》规定的清洁发展机制,项目经联合国CDM执行理事会批准后,二氧化碳核准减排量可在国际市场交易.3、增值性配套服务公司所从事的增值性配套服务包括环境工程及服务和贸易及其他.环境工程及服务主要是提供环境保护设施工程的技术咨询、设计、建设、运营管理,以及环境影响评价和环境检测等.贸易及其他主要是购销本公司及其主要工业客户所需的辅助化工原料。公司的主要产品包括：无机盐类、有机溶剂类、基础工业油等几十种，广泛应用于动物饲料、农业杀虫、木材防腐、以及染料、医药等行业，以及将填埋场的沼气转化为电能等。
