Company Introduction 2010年8月31日，黄晖、萧锦明、左笋娥、黎灿雄、左贵明、刘浪宇、杜耀武和中新乔咨询签订了《关于设立湖北瀛通通讯线材股份有限公司发起人协议》，一致同意以发起方式设立瀛通通讯，注册资本为3,668.00万元，公司总股数为3,668.00万股。2010年10月11日，中准会计师事务所出具“中准验字[2010]第2046号”《验资报告》，审验确认截至2010年10月10日，黄晖、萧锦明等8位股东已将首期出资1,320.48万元以货币形式足额缴纳。2010年10月23日，咸宁市工商行政管理局向公司核发422300000017316号《企业法人营业执照》。 公司系国内领先的专业从事声学产品、数据线及其他产品的研发、生产和销售的先进制造企业。公司以各类型微细通讯线材、耳机产品的设计为核心，为客户提供实现声学通讯、数据传输等功能的零组件。公司产品广泛应用于各类型智能终端产品、数码音视频电子产品和其他消费类电子产品等领域。 公司自成立以来，一直专注于以耳机用微细通讯线材为代表的各类电声产品、数据线及其他产品的研发、生产和销售，主营业务未发生变化。 公司主要产品分为声学产品、数据线及其他产品两大类。
