Company Introduction 公司前身宇环有限成立于2004年8月4日。2012年9月21日，宇环有限召开临时股东会，同意宇环有限整体变更设立为宇环数控机床股份有限公司。根据天健所出具的《审计报告》（天健审[2012]2-266号），宇环有限以截至2012年7月31日经审计的账面净资产120,359,385.31元为基础，折合为公司股份60,000,000股，剩余部分扣除专项储备余额后计入资本公积。2012年10月26日，湖南省工商行政管理局核准了公司的整体变更设立登记申请，并换发了《企业法人营业执照》，注册号为430181000037731。公司设立时的注册资本为6,000万元，住所为湖南省长沙市浏阳制造产业基地纬二路（永安镇），法定代表人为许世雄。 公司一直专业从事数控磨削设备及智能装备的研发、生产、销售与服务，为客户提供精密磨削与智能制造技术综合解决方案，在精密数控磨床和数控研磨抛光设备领域处于国内领先地位。公司坚持以技术创新、智能制造为先导，致力于成为数控磨削设备及智能装备产业领域的引领者。 公司现为中国机械工业联合会会员单位、中国机电装备维修与改造技术协会理事长单位、中国机床再制造产业技术创新战略联盟副理事长单位、中国触控协会理事单位、湖南省机床工具工业协会理事长单位、长沙市数控装备产业技术创新战略联盟理事长单位。公司注重“产学研”合作，与湖南大学、大连理工大学、国家高效磨削工程技术研究中心、超精密加工技术湖南省重点实验室等在磨削技术领域具有领先优势的高校及科研院所均建立了良好的合作关系。公司拥有湖南省数控精密磨床工程技术研究中心、湖南省企业技术中心及院士专家工作站，具备行业领先的自主研发能力及核心技术研发优势。报告期内，公司先后通过了15项科学技术成果鉴定，其中YHM77110高精度立式双面研磨（抛光）机床等4项成果通过了中国机械工业联合会鉴定，YHDM580B/1高精度数控立式双端面磨床、YH2M81693D磁流抛光机等11项成果通过了湖南省机械工业协会鉴定，鉴定结论为国内领先、国际先进或国际领先。截至本招股意向书签署日，公司拥有专利权80项，计算机软件著作权22项，已形成对自身核心技术和产品的专利保护体系。近年来，随着公司行业地位和品牌影响力的不断提升，公司被评为湖南省质量信用AAA级企业（湖南省企业质量信用等级评定委员会颁发）、2016年度技术创新先进单位（湖南省机床工具工业协会、湖南省机械工程学会机器人与智能装备专业分会、湖南省数控装备产业技术创新战略联盟联合颁发），公司商标被认定为湖南省著名商标，公司主要产品及技术亦多次获得省部级奖项。
