Company Introduction 公司系由华西有限整体变更设立。华西有限系在四川证券和四川证券交易中心的净资产重组基础上设立的综合类证券公司。2000年6月26日，中国证监会出具《关于同意华西证券有限责任公司开业的批复》（证监机构字[2000]133号），同意华西有限开业。2000年7月13日，四川省工商局向华西有限核发《企业法人营业执照》，注册资本为101,311.37万元。2014年7月11日，华西有限整体变更为股份有限公司，变更后公司名称为华西证券股份有限公司，注册资本为21亿元。2014年7月11日，四川省工商局核发了注册号为510000000014690的《营业执照》。 公司从事的主要业务为：证券经纪业务；证券投资咨询；与证券交易、证券投资活动有关的财务顾问；证券承销与保荐；证券自营；证券资产管理；证券投资基金代销；融资融券；代销金融产品；为期货公司提供中间介绍业务以及中国证监会批准的其他业务。 公司已经成为天府（四川）联合股权交易中心会员，类型为战略会员、经纪会员、推荐机构会员；本公司取得主办券商在全国中小企业股份转让系统从事做市业务资格；本公司已经成为武汉股权托管交易中心的会员。 公司的全资子公司金智投资从事的主要业务为：投资管理（不得从事非法集资、吸收公众资金等金融活动）；为客户提供股权投资的财务顾问服务；在有效控制风险、保持流动性的前提下，以现金管理为目的，将闲置资本金投资于依法公开发行的国债、投资级公司债、货币市场基金、央行票据等流动性较强的证券；证监会同意的其他业务。根据2016年12月30日发布实施的《证券公司私募投资基金子公司管理规范》规定，本公司对金智投资进行了整改，将其主营业务变更为私募投资基金业务，不再从事直接投资业务。 经过多年发展，公司综合实力显著提高，在证券行业中的地位明显提升。2016年，本公司总资产、净资产、营业收入和净利润等主要经营指标分别位于行业第31位、第35位、第36位和第30位。 公司秉持成为中国最具活力和特色的证券金融服务商的发展目标，聚焦“零售财富管理服务”和“企业综合金融服务”的“双核驱动”发展战略，坚持“发展战略、人力资源、资金运营、风险控制”的统一管理，持续完善运营服务体系，业务范围和业务规模逐步扩大。
