Company Introduction 公司成立时名称为益阳南方机电有限责任公司，2000年2月更名为湖南宇晶机器实业有限公司，于2012年整体变更为湖南宇晶机器股份有限公司。1998年6月11日，吴慧玲、张国秋共同投资设立益阳南方机电有限公司。其中，吴慧玲以实物出资40万元，出资比例为80%；张国秋以实物出资10万元，出资比例为20%。2012年5月18日，宇晶有限通过股东会决议，同意将宇晶有限整体变更设立股份有限公司，并以截至2012年3月31日经审计确认的宇晶有限净资产折合股份有限公司总股本7,500万元，净资产折合实收股本的余额计入股份有限公司资本公积。2012年6月15日，公司召开创立大会暨第一次股东大会，全体股东确认经利安达审计确认的宇晶有限净资产为153,751,677.28元，并折合股份有限公司股本7,500万元，净资产的余额部分进入资本公积。2012年6月20日，益阳市工商局为公司换发注册号为430900400000916的《企业法人营业执照》。 公司是专业从事精密数控机床设备的研发、设计、生产和销售的高新技术企业，公司致力于为下游客户提供硬脆材料切割、研磨及抛光等加工服务一体化解决方案。发行人“数控多线切割机核心技术开发及其产品研制项目”于2008年获得由中国机械工业联合会和中国机械工程学会颁发的“中国机械工业科学技术一等奖”，“精密高效数控多线研磨切片核心技术及系列装备项目”于2010年获得中华人民共和国教育部“科学技术进步奖二等奖”，“电子器件芯片加工专用多线切割装备系列化研制与产业化”项目于2014年获得湖南省人民政府“科学技术进步一等奖”。公司还荣获1项湖南省科技进步奖二等奖、5项科技成果鉴定、3项优秀产品认定。在知识产权积累方面，公司及子公司已取得76项专利，其中包括15项发明专利、52项实用新型专利和9项外观专利。公司的主要产品为具有精密数字控制系统的多线切割机和研磨抛光机，产品主要用于玻璃、蓝宝石、硅材料、磁性材料和陶瓷材料等硬脆材料的去除加工，覆盖切割、研磨、抛光、钻孔等加工工序，上述加工后的硬脆材料是生产消费电子产品、LED产品、太阳能光伏设备、航空航天设备以及集成电路工业主要或关键元器件的基本材料。
