Company Introduction 公司前身青鸟消防有限为北大青鸟环宇、王欣、曾德生和杨玮共同出资设立的有限责任公司，2001年6月15日，河北省涿鹿县工商行政管理局颁发了《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：1307311004613）。。2012年12月2日，青鸟消防有限召开股东会，审议并通过了青鸟消防有限整体变更为股份公司的议案。2012年12月21日，发行人召开了创立大会暨第一次股东大会，审议并通过了《关于整体变更设立股份有限公司的议案》等议案，通过有限公司整体变更设立股份有限公司的方式成立股份公司。2012年12月26日，发行人在河北省张家口市工商行政管理局登记注册，领取了注册号为130731000001463的《企业法人营业执照》。2013年1月14日，发行人召开2013年第一次临时股东大会，同意将公司名称由“河北北大青鸟环宇消防设备股份有限公司”变更为“北大青鸟环宇消防设备股份有限公司”。2013年1月15日，公司完成了更名的工商变更登记手续。 公司主营业务为消防安全系统产品的研究、开发、生产和销售，主要包括火灾自动报警及联动控制系统、电气火灾监控系统、自动气体灭火系统和气体检测监控系统等四大类消防安全系统产品，以及防火门监控系统、消防设备电源监控系统等其他消防安全系统产品。公司自创立以来一直专注于消防报警监控系统产品，并逐步将业务拓展到气体灭火、气体检测、电气火灾监控、防火门监控、消防设备电源监控等相关领域，已形成以消防报警监控系统为主，自动气体灭火、气体检测、电气火灾监控系统和其他类消防产品等新增长点的业务格局。
