Company Introduction 2001年12月24日，无线电集团董事会临时会议通过《关于改组校准测试中心设立全资子公司的决议》，决定改组集团公司二级经营单位校准测试中心，设立集团全资子公司，无线电集团投入注册资本人民币100万元。2002年3月7日，广州市大公会计师事务所有限公司出具了“穗大师内验字(2002)第015号”《验资报告》，验证，截至2002年3月6日，广电计量已收到全体股东缴纳的注册资本合计人民币100万元，均由无线电集团以其下属的非独立法人“校准测试中心”的净资产投入。有限公司已办理了设立时的企业国有资产产权登记并于2002年5月24日取得广州市工商行政管理局核发的注册号为4401011108895的《企业法人营业执照》。2011年8月25日，有限公司召开股东会，审议同意：公司由有限公司整体变更为股份公司，股份公司已于2011年11月29日办理完成工商变更登记。公司是一家全国性、综合性的独立第三方计量检测服务机构，是国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业，主营业务是计量服务、检测服务、检测装备研发等专业技术服务。依赖一流的人才、一流的资质、一流的技术、一流的服务，公司致力于为客户提供设计开发、生产制造、售后服务全过程的一站式综合化的专业技术服务，将“广电计量”打造成为具有行业领导力、国际竞争力和国际公信力的一流品牌。 自成立以来，公司已获得46项发明专利授权，170项实用新型专利授权，31项外观设计专利授权，并主导、参与编写了多项计量、检测行业及地方标准。近年来，广电计量被评为广东省著名商标，公司获得过国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业、国家中小企业公共服务示范平台、中国计量测试学会第六届计量诚信建设优秀单位、广东省战略性新兴产业骨干企业、广东省优秀企业、广州市优秀企业等品牌荣誉。 经过多年的发展，公司在特殊行业、汽车、航天航空、轨道交通、电子电器、环保、食品等行业已形成了一定的影响力，广电计量已成为众多政府机构、科研院所及大型知名企业等认可的品牌。
