| Company Introduction | 发行人自成立以来一直致力于以LPG为原料的有机化工产品的工艺研发、生产和销售。发行人通过全资子公司宇新化工在惠州大亚湾国家级经济技术开发区石 化产业园区陆续建成并投产了多套LPG深加工产品生产装置，打造了具备循环经济优势的产业链。报告期内，公司主要产品是以LPG中的异丁烷、异丁烯、正丁烯 等组分为原料生产的异辛烷、甲基叔丁基醚和乙酸仲丁酯；同时，公司还利用LPG中的丙烷、丙烯等原料生产销售了少量异丙醇、乙酸甲酯等产品，并对外销售戊 烷发泡剂等副产品。 2009年9月30日，胡先念、李军、深圳嘉浦和湖南中创签署《湖南中创新材料有限公司章程》，约定共同出资设立湖南中创新材料有限公司。2009年10月 12日，湖南中创新材料有限公司取得长沙市工商行政管理局核发的注册号为430193000024153的《营业执照》。2015年2月27日，公司股东会通过决议，同 意公司名称变更为“湖南宇新化工有限公司”。2015年3月20日，长沙市工商行政管理局核准此次工商变更登记，并换发了新的《营业执照》。2015年12月8日， 宇新有限股东会通过决议，同意公司由有限责任公司整体变更设立股份有限公司。2015年12月28日，公司办理了整体变更设立股份有限公司的工商变更登记， 领取了统一社会信用代码为91430100694045819W的《营业执照》。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
