Company Introduction 2013年12月5日，晶美有限在工商登记机关办理了企业名称预先核准。2013年12月6日，自然人戴会斌、章树红和海橡集团三名股东召开股东会，审议通过了公司章程、确定了投资金额和投资比例。 2013年12月9日，海宁市工商行政管理局向晶美有限核发了注册号为330481000165015的企业法人营业执照。 公司系由晶美有限以截至2017年10月31日经审计的账面净资产9,480.07万元折合股份4,555万股整体变更的股份公司。 2018年2月7日，嘉兴市市场监督管理局向公司核发了统一社会信用代码为913304810852709304的营业执照。 公司是目前国内领先的PVC地板生产及出口商之一，主要从事PVC地板的研发、生产和销售。公司产品主要用于建筑物的室内地面装饰，产品功能与传统木地板、瓷砖等地面装饰材料相似。PVC地板由高分子材料聚氯乙烯（PVC）加工制成，与传统木地板、瓷砖等地面装饰材料相比，PVC地板具有环保、可回收利用、安装简便、耐磨、防潮、防滑和防火阻燃等优点，深受欧美市场欢迎，广泛应用于商场、酒店、写字楼、医院、学校、体育场馆等公共建筑以及住宅。 公司具有较强的自主研发能力和高的技术水平，截至本招股说明书签署日，公司拥有专利17项，其中5项为发明专利。凭借着多年的技术研发积累、可靠的产品质量以及多年的市场推广，公司已具有较高的行业知名度，产品已在PVC地板客户群中建立了良好的口碑，2017年度公司被中国建筑装饰装修材料协会评为“中国地板行业十大家装品牌（弹性地板类）”，2018年度公司被中国建筑装饰装修材料协会评为“中国弹性地板行业十大品牌（片材类）”，2019年度公司被中国建筑装饰装修材料协会评为“中国弹性地板行业十大品牌”，被海宁市市场监督管理局评为“2019年海宁市市长质量奖”，市场遍布美洲、欧洲、澳洲等发达国家和地区。
