Company Introduction 杭州远方光电信息股份有限公司是国内专业从事LED和照明光电检测设备的研发、生产和销售以及提供综合检测解决方案的龙头企业之一,是国内CIE正式官方会员企业单位,也是中国照明电器协会理事单位、中国照明学会常务理事单位、中国光学光电子行业协会光电器件分会理事单位、国家半导体照明工程研发及产业联盟常务理事单位.公司自2004年即被认定为浙江省高新技术企业、国家"双软"(软件企业及软件产品)认证企业,2008年按新规定再次被浙江省科学技术厅、浙江省财政厅、浙江省国家税务局、浙江省地方税务局四部门联合认定为高新技术企业.发行人于2010年被国家科技部认定为"国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业".发行人的主营业务为LED和照明光电检测设备的研发、生产、销售和综合检测解决方案的提供,产品定位于中高端市场,为专业检测机构和生产厂家提供高精度的检测仪器及综合检测分析整体解决方案.公司的主要产品包括各类光源专用光色电综合检测仪器、LED专用测试仪器、分布光度计、光度/色度/辐射度高精度探头等10多个种类的照明检测仪器以及数字功率计、EMC测试仪器等电测量仪器仪表.经过多年的辛勤耕耘,公司的光电专业测试仪器产品的国内市场占有率和出口量均处于领先水平.根据中国照明电器协会出具的证明,近三年来发行人的照明及LED光电检测设备的产销量位居国内同类产品中的首位;根据国家半导体照明工程研发及产业联盟出具的说明,发行人2008年、2009年、2010年在LED和照明光电检测设备行业的市场排名均为国内厂商第一位,其中2010年国内厂商的总产值中,发行人的市场份额约50%.发行人经过多年的自主研发和不断创新,开发出一系列拥有完整自主知识产权的专利技术,目前公司拥有专利65项,其中国内发明专利16项,美国发明专利2项;正在申请的国内专利39项,其中申请的发明专利有26项;公司还在美国、德国申请了2项发明专利;此外,公司还根据PCT申请了2项国际专利.发行人先后承担了"半导体照明测试平台关键技术研究与设备开发"等三项国家高技术研究发展计划(863)项目,以及多项省市级科研项目;公司"HAAS-2000高精度快速光谱辐射计"、"GO-HD5分布光度计"、"电子产品抗群脉冲干扰自动测试系统"等三项产品获得国家重点新产品证书,在LED和照明光电检测方面积累了丰富的经验.本公司作为行业龙头企业,主导或参与了多项国家、行业标准和规范的制定工作.本公司是"全国照明电器标准化技术委员会光辐射测量分技术委员会"的秘书处承担单位,负责光和辐射测量方法和测量设备的标准化工作.截至目前,在国际上,公司主导了两项CIE标准技术报告的研究,并参与了另外7项CIE标准和技术报告的起草工作;在国内,公司参加了5项国家或行业标准的制定,并参与了11项标准的起草和制定工作。
