Company Introduction 海伦钢琴股份有限公司自成立以来,通过不断科研投入和技术创新,十年时间,成功实现了从钢琴零配件加工、核心部件码克制造到钢琴整机规模化生产的业务结构升级.目前公司已发展成为国内少数具有自主知识产权年产近2万台钢琴生产能力的品牌钢琴生产商之一.报告期内公司一直致力于钢琴及核心部件的研发、生产和销售,主要产品包括立式钢琴、三角钢琴、码克等.报告期内公司主营业务及主要产品均未发生重大变化.2010年本公司销售钢琴20,577架,包括立式钢琴18,925架,三角钢琴1,652架,其中出口钢琴6,236架.2011年1-6月份本公司销售钢琴10,916架,包括立式钢琴10,131架,三角钢琴785架.公司成立以来,一直积极致力于实施自主品牌战略,公司品牌知名度和影响力在钢琴行业中不断上升,在消费者中形成了较好的口碑和关注度.近年来公司及其钢琴产品获得国内外多项荣誉,如2006年公司"HAILUN"牌钢琴获得国家质量监督检验检疫总局授予的"中国名牌产品"证书;2008年"HAILUN"牌钢琴被法国"DIAPASON"杂志在钢琴类"金音叉"大奖上评为音乐品质、声音、手感、感情色彩、踏板、外观6颗星(国际最高级别奖项);2010年公司生产的H-3P123型立式钢琴、HG178型三角钢琴被国家轻工业乐器质量监督检测中心作为对钢琴音乐性能鉴定的参照样琴;2011年初,"HAILUN"牌钢琴被美国《ThePianoBook》列入世界钢琴质量排名消费级钢琴品牌最高级别,为仅有的两个入选该级别的中国自主品牌之一.公司先后被浙江省及国家相关部门列为"浙江省创新型试点企业"、"2009-2010年度国家文化出口重点企业"和"2011-2012年度浙江省文化出口重点企业".公司多年来一直专注于钢琴制造领域的技术研发,持续推出钢琴新品.公司在钢琴设计和制造技术方面吸收了欧洲钢琴的先进设计理念,结合美、日等国的现代工业化生产模式和加工工艺,逐步形成了将现代高新技术与钢琴传统的个性化加工工艺相结合的特有技术特点,建立了一整套独立的创新技术体系.公司为国家级高新技术企业和国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业,并在行业内率先将计算机辅助开发技术和数字化加工技术应用于钢琴生产.公司自成立以来一贯重视技术创新,2005年至今先后完成了3项国家火炬计划项目、1项国家火炬重点计划项目和1项国家科技型中小企业技术创新基金项目,获得3项科技成果鉴定,取得28项国家专利。
