Company Introduction 广州迪森热能技术股份有限公司是一家利用生物质燃料等新型清洁能源为客户提供热能服务的清洁能源研究开发领域高新技术企业.热能服务是目前公司经营业务的主要形式,公司与客户签订热能供应长期协议,根据客户的需要,向客户销售热力或燃料,并提供热能运营管理服务,客户现场所需的热能运行装置由本公司购置和建设.公司根据客户热力或燃料的使用数量,确认销售收入.公司主要产品按结算方式分为燃料(BMF、BGF、EGC-F)和热力(蒸汽、热量).公司主营业务所处行业为生物质能源行业,属于新能源与可再生能源范畴,是近年来快速发展起来的新兴行业.由于生物质种类繁多,生物质的现代化利用技术也多种多样.生物质能源按产品形态可分为生物质成型燃料、生物质液体燃料、生物质可燃气、生物质沼气等;按产品替代传统燃料的应用领域划分,可分为生物质工业燃料(生物质成型燃料、生物质可燃气、生物质裂解油等)、生物质交通运输燃料(生物乙醇、生物柴油等)、生物质发电燃料和居民生活燃料等子行业.公司一直非常重视自主创新,多年来专注于资源综合利用、生物质能源等新型清洁燃料、热能运营服务等方面技术的研究开发.公司是国家创新型企业、高新技术企业、广东省知识产权示范企业.经过十多年的发展,公司形成了较为完善的技术创新体系,设有迪森研究院、博士后科研工作站、广东省迪森热能工程技术研究开发中心和广东省企业技术中心.公司还与国内多家高等院校、科研院所进行了"产学研"合作,逐步建立起以企业为中心、以科研机构为合作伙伴、以市场为依托的技术资源共享互动体系,促进科技资源合理配置.截至2012年1月29日,公司及其子公司拥有85项专利,在申请专利87项,并拥有多项专有技术。
