Company Introduction 常熟市天银机电股份有限公司是一家拥有自主知识产权的冰箱压缩机起动器、吸气消音器和热保护器等零部件提供商.公司自设立以来一直专注于节能节材型冰箱压缩机零部件的研发、生产和销售,目前,公司的主要产品是冰箱压缩机起动器(无功耗起动器、整体式无功耗起动器、PTC起动器和整体式PTC起动器)、热保护器以及压缩机用塑料件(包括吸气消音器、接线盒等).目前,公司已经战略性地进入商用制冷压缩机和车载冰箱压缩机零部件领域,已经为业界领先的SECOP公司(前身为丹弗斯家用制冷事业部)开发出15款新产品,9款新产品已经开始小批量供货.2010年,公司销售无功耗类起动器和PTC类起动器共2,302万只,国内市场占有率22.59%,其中:无功耗类起动器的销量为921万只,国内市场占有率9.04%;PTC类起动器的销量为1,381万只,国内市场占有率13.55%.2010年,公司销售吸气消音器2,202万只,国内市场占有率21.60%.2010年,公司销售热保护器(包括单体式热保护器和整体式起动器包含的热保护器)1,099万只,国内市场占有率10.78%.公司具备自主研发和自主创新能力,以节能、节材、安全作为产品的研发方向,是国家级高新技术企业,是772家2010年国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业之一.截至本招股说明书签署日,公司拥有国内外专利60项,其中国内专利49项(发明专利13项,实用新型专利23项,外观设计专利13项),美国、日本、韩国、澳大利亚、新加坡、越南等6国专利11项.公司是目前国内唯一一家能够批量生产和销售无功耗类起动器的厂商.公司于2004年10月成功研发出无功耗起动器,并自2005年起陆续获得国内专利21项(发明专利5项、实用新型专利11项、外观设计专利5项)以及美国、日本、韩国、新加坡、澳大利亚、越南等6个国家的11项专利.公司发明的无功耗起动器功耗小于0.05W,远远小于PTC起动器(PTC起动器的功耗在2-5W之间),节能效果明显。2010年,公司作为主起草人,联合中国家电研究院,两家单位共同起草了《全封闭型电动机--压缩机用无功耗电子式起动器》的行业标准;2011年12月20日,工信部发布2011年第43号公告,批准了《全封闭型电动机--压缩机用无功耗电子式起动器》的行业标准,标准编号为QB/T4271-2011,自2012年7月1日起实施。
