Company Introduction 贝达药业股份有限公司成立于2003年，总部位于浙江杭州，是一家由海归高层次人才团队创办的、以自主知识产权创新药物研究和开发为核心，集研发、生产、市场销售于一体的高新制药企业。2016年11月7日，贝达药业在深圳证券交易所挂牌上市，股票代码：300558.SZ。 公司现有员工1900余人，组建了一支具有国际先进水平的生物创新药开发和产业化人才团队，包括数十位海归博士，其中7位入选国家高层次人才计划，5位入选浙江省高层次人才计划，在北京、杭州分别设有新药研发中心。 公司自主研发了中国第一个小分子靶向抗癌药——盐酸埃克替尼（商品名：凯美纳?），2011年6月获批上市。上市以来已经有40多万名肺癌患者服用，获得中国专利金奖，斩获中国工业大奖，荣获我国化学制药行业和浙江省企业界唯一的国家科技进步一等奖。 2020年11月，公司和控股子公司Xcovery共同开发的全新的、拥有完全自主知识产权的创新药——盐酸恩沙替尼胶囊（商品名：贝美纳?）正式获批上市，成为中国第一个用于治疗ALK突变晚期非小细胞肺癌的国产1类新药，填补了同类药物国产空白。 2021年11月，公司与北京天广实生物技术股份有限公司合作开发的贝伐珠单抗注射液（商品名：贝安汀?）正式获批上市，获批适应症为转移性结直肠癌和晚期、转移性或复发性非小细胞肺癌。贝安汀?成为公司首个获批的大分子生物制品、第三个上市药物，同时也是浙江首个贝伐珠单抗生物类似药。 2023年5月，第三代EGFR-TKI甲磺酸贝福替尼胶囊（商品名：赛美纳?）获批上市，适应症为一代EGFR-TKI耐药后产生T790M突变的局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌。赛美纳?是公司第四个获批上市药品，再次证明了贝达在靶向药研发上的实力。《柳叶刀·呼吸医学》在编者按中评价：赛美纳?作为EGFR突变的晚期非小细胞肺癌的新候选药物，可作为中国患者新的用药选择。 2023年6月，公司拥有完全自主知识产权的创新药——伏罗尼布片（商品名：伏美纳?）获批上市，成为中国第一个用于治疗肾细胞癌的国产1类靶向新药。伏美纳与依维莫司联合，用于既往接受过酪氨酸激酶抑制剂治疗失败的晚期肾细胞癌（RCC）患者，为国产创新药在肾癌领域的突破奠定了根基并具有里程碑式意义。 公司充分发挥科技创新主体作用，针对严重影响人类健康的重大疾病，持续增加新药研发投入，近三年研发投入比例平均在40%以上。目前有在研创新药项目40余项，18项进入临床试验，4项正在开展Ⅲ期临床试验，其中盐酸恩沙替尼项目全球多中心Ⅲ期临床试验正在推进，有望成为首个由中国企业主导在全球上市的肺癌靶向创新药。 公司积极响应国家号召，打造了生物医药创业创新平台——贝达梦工场，帮助更多科学家实现创业创新梦想。
