Company Introduction 筑博设计股份有限公司成立于1996年，2012年正式改制为股份制公司，2019年在深圳交易所上市（股票代码300564），是具有建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级资质、城市规划甲级资质、市政行业（给水工程、道路工程、桥梁工程）专业乙级资质和风景园林工程设计专项乙级资质的综合设计机构。公司现有专业技术及管理人才约1600人，30%以上人员拥有中高级职称、博士学位，国家一级注册建筑师、国家一级注册结构工程师、国家注册规划师、国家注册公用设备工程师、国家注册电气工程师、国家注册造价工程师近200人。 公司主要从事建筑设计及其相关业务的设计与咨询，业务涵盖建筑设计、城市规划、室内设计等服务。公司致力于设计全产业链与建筑技术的综合开发，伴随市场发展及公司二十余年的积累，公司拓展了装配式建筑、BIM技术、绿色建筑、海绵城市、建筑智能化等设计以及相关的咨询服务。公司拥有建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级资质，能够根据客户需要，提供从概念设计、规划方案设计、初步设计到施工图设计及后期施工配合等全过程设计服务或分阶段设计服务。可以承担建筑工程相关的全部设计业务。 在以建筑设计为核心业务的基础上，公司不断延伸业务服务范围：一方面，公司不断加大装配式建筑、BIM技术、绿色建筑、海绵城市、建筑智能化等前沿技术领域的研究与成果应用，获得国家高新技术企业认证，获颁国家首批“装配式建筑产业基地”；另一方面，公司加大了对城市规划、市政设计、风景园林设计、工程总承包、全过程工程咨询业务的开拓力度。 经过多年的创新发展，公司业务规模位列民营建筑设计企业第一梯队，已经建立“总部+区域公司+分公司”一体化的经营模式，在北京、上海、重庆、成都、西安、武汉、佛山等地设立分支机构，形成辐射全国的市场格局。公司根据市场及专业特点进行专业化细分，产品类型覆盖城市规划、城市综合体、度假酒店、办公建筑、医疗建筑、文教体育建筑、居住建筑等。筑博设计的项目覆盖全国30个省级行政区160余个地级市，得到了社会各界的好评，并多次获得国家、省、市级优秀设计奖项，包括中国土木工程詹天佑奖优秀住宅小区金奖、国家、省、市优秀工程勘察设计行业奖。 公司秉承“全球视野、社会责任、以人为本、绩效为上”的价值观，为客户、员工、股东和社会创造价值。公司推崇多元、包容、规则、自由的行为准则，在企业管理中融入人文关怀，倡导健康的工作和生活，打造实现自我价值和事业发展的平台。
