Company Introduction 南京海辰药业股份有限公司成立于2003年，位于南京经济技术开发区，是一家集医药研发、生产和市场营销为一体的高新技术企业。公司建有GMP标准的冻干粉针、小容量注射剂、头孢粉针、固体制剂及原料药车间。产品种类涵盖心脑血管、消化、内分泌、抗感染、免疫等领域，可生产60多个代表品种。先后向市场推出注射用托拉塞米、注射用头孢替安、注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷、注射用更昔洛韦钠、注射用头孢西酮钠、注射用替加环素、注射用兰索拉唑等多个临床必用产品。 公司在江苏生命科技创新园建有9600m2的海辰新药研发中心，组建了由博士、硕士为骨干的研发团队；同时与中国药科大学等多个国内外著名医药科研机构保持着广泛的项目合作，走出了一条“产、学、研联合创新”的路子。申请注册了多个具有市场潜力的原料及制剂产品，形成了研制一代、储备一代、生产一代的良性循环。 公司占地面积108亩，注册资金1.2亿元，具备年产头孢粉针3000万支、冻干粉针4500万支的生产能力，为江苏省内主要的抗感染及冻干药物生产基地之一。 2013年公司全资收购镇江德瑞药物有限公司，产业链延伸至医药原料中间体，原料出口欧美、日本和其它地区，为海辰药业的可持续发展夯实了基础。 2013年公司完成股份制改造，整体变更为股份有限公司。公司将建立现代企业治理结构，构筑以“股东大会、董事会、监事会”为核心的管理模式。 2017年1月12日，公司成功登陆A股，在深交所创业板正式挂牌上市。实现了实体经济与资本运营并举。 海辰药业建立和完善了遍布全国的销售网络系统，在全国拥有28个办事处，终端推广与客服人员近千名，拥有千家大中型医院的终端客户。高品质的特色产品、高素质的销售队伍、专业化的学术推广能力、完善的销售服务体系，为企业赢得了良好的口碑。 公司曾承担“国家重点产业振兴与技术改造项目”、“国家火炬计划项目”、“江苏省科技成果转化项目”等国家及省市级科技项目20余项，研发中心是江苏省认定的“省免疫调节药物工程技术中心”、“省企业技术中心”。历经20余年发展，公司在医药研发、生产质量管理、营销推广等方面拥有核心竞争力，2018年、2019年连续两年入选米内网发布的《年度中国化药企业TOP100排行榜》。报告期内，公司被授予南京经济技术开发区2024年度“高质量发展突出贡献企业”、“南京市集体协商三星级企业荣誉”等荣誉称号，连续多年通过国家高新技术企业复审。
