| Company Introduction | 公司前身为2008年4月10日设立的长川有限。长川有限系由赵轶和潘树华共同投资设立，其中赵轶以货币资金35万元出资，占注册资本的70%，潘树华以货币资金15万元出资，占注册资本的30%。本次设立业经浙江中浩华天会计师事务所有限公司审验，并出具了“华天会验[2008]第041号”《验资报告》。2008年4月10日，长川有限在杭州市工商局高新区（滨江）分局办理工商登记手续，并领取了注册号为330108000016373号的《企业法人营业执照》，注册资本50万元。 经2015年4月20日召开的创立大会审议通过，公司以经天健会计师审计的截至2015年3月31日账面净资产102,180,583.24元折合股本5,000万股，每股面值1元，净资产超过股本部分计入资本公积，整体变更设立股份公司。天健会计师对公司整体变更设立时注册资本的实收情况进行了审验，并出具了“天健验〔2015〕98号”《验资报告》。2015年4月24日，长川科技取得杭州市市场监督管理局核发的注册号为330108000016373的《营业执照》，注册资本5,000.00万元。 公司主要从事集成电路专用设备的研发、生产和销售，主要产品包括集成电路测试机和分选机。公司自成立以来一直专注于集成电路专用设备的自主研发和创新，经多年持续不断的技术创新，公司掌握了集成电路测试设备的相关核心技术，目前拥有57项专利权、29项软件著作权，是国内为数不多的可以自主研发、生产集成电路测试设备的企业。目前，公司生产的集成电路测试机和分选机产品已获得长电科技、华天科技、通富微电、士兰微、华润微电子、日月光等多个一流集成电路企业的使用和认可，报告期内，公司主营业务增长良好，2014~2016年度，公司营业收入复合增长率达25.93%。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
