Company Introduction 2015年2月3日，公司召开创立大会暨第一次股东大会，同意由同和有限的股东共同发起，以同和有限经立信会计师审计的截至2014年11月30日的账面净资产114,390,536.04元为基础（审计报告编号为“信会师报字[2015]第150016号”《审计报告》），按照1:0.277995的比例折为3,180万股，其余82,590,536.04元计入资本公积，同和有限整体变更为股份有限公司。立信会计师出具了“信会师报字[2015]第110149号”《验资报告》，对公司实收资本到位情况进行了验证。2015年2月6日，江西省商务厅出具了《关于同意江西同和药业有限责任公司变更设立为股份有限公司等事项的批复》（赣商务外资管批[2015]33号），2015年2月6日，江西省人民政府向江西同和药业股份有限公司正式核发了江西同和药业股份有限公司的《中华人民共和国台港澳侨投资企业批准证书》（商外资赣字[2005]0018号）。2015年2月9日，江西省宜春市工商行政管理局向江西同和药业股份有限公司正式核发了《营业执照》（注册号：360900520000786）。经过2015年4月增资扩股以及2015年6月资本公积转增股本后，公司目前注册资本为6,000万元。 公司多年来持续保持对研发的高投入，拥有一支各学历层次人员组成的400多人的研发技术团队，研发技术人才齐全，覆盖了市场专利的追踪分析、先进技术的前瞻性研究、从事新工艺研发、放大生产、工艺优化、产品质量检测及杂质分析、DMF文件编写、国内外注册认证等医药制造的主要方面，保证公司高效准确地遴选出具备广阔市场前景的产品，快速完成研发并投入市场，并将研发成果顺利转化成专利、DMF文件等知识产权。 公司拥有完整的研发体系和产业化系统，包括设备完善、功能齐全的实验室和中试车间，具备完成小试、优化及放大生产的开发能力，建立了技术、生产、工程、质量人员的全程沟通、反馈的机制，为及时、高效实现研发产业化目标提供了保证。公司获批设立了“江西省特色原料药工程中心”、“江西省企业技术中心”、“博士后科研实践基地”、“博士后科研工作站”、“江西省新药研发产教融合创新中心”等科研中心，2020年继续被认定为“高新技术企业”。
