| Company Introduction | 公司是由2002年12月24日成立的扬帆有限整体变更设立的股份有限公司，设立日期为2013年1月9日。截至本招股意向书签署之日，公司注册资本为9,000万元。 公司是主要从事光引发剂、巯基化合物及衍生物等精细化工新材料的研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业，拥有浙江省级高新技术企业研究中心，中国辐射固化专业委员会理事成员单位，专业为光固化材料应用者和医药及农药生产企业提供产品和服务。自2002年成立以来，一直专注于光引发剂和巯基化合物及其衍生物的全球市场拓展，借助在国内外市场享有较高声誉的品牌“寿尔福化学”、优异的产品性能和种类较为齐全的巯基系列产品，发行人客户不但包括了日本太阳油墨、Abbvie Inc、IGM、大昌华嘉、兴农股份等国际知名跨国公司，还包括江苏广信、深圳容大、乐凯科技、久日化学、杭华油墨等国内知名企业或上市公司，并通过了罗氏、阿斯利康、强生、诺华等国际跨国公司的合格供应商审核，市场开拓至台湾、韩国、爱尔兰、英国、荷兰和美国等经济发达国家和地区，未来公司还将通过加大研发投入，不断提升产品品质，将公司打造为国际知名的精细化工新材料领域的高端制造企业。 公司于2021年被认定为浙江省企业研究院（浙江省扬帆新材硫磷化学企业研究院），2022年建立浙江省博士后科研工作站，2023年初被认定为2022年度浙江省专精特新中小企业。除此之外，公司自2021年以来相继引进了硫磷化学、光固化等领域的多位国家级海外高端人才，相关研究项目在报告期内入选了浙江省重大研发计划、“领雁计划”等研发攻关项目。截止报告期末，公司累计获授发明专利29项，实用新型专利13项，报告期内获授权发明专利2项，另有受理中的发明专利19项。校企合作方面，公司继续保持与浙江大学、同济大学、之江实验室、海南大学等校企的紧密合作，引进关键技术人才，密切技术交流，不断提高研发团队综合实力。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
