Company Introduction 捷佳有限成立于2007年6月18日，由蒋柳健出资37.50万元、余仲出资18.75万元、左国军出资18.75万元、曹克勤出资12.50万元、吴奇出资12.50万元设立，注册资本100万元，出资方式为货币资金。2007年5月24日，深圳市华鹏会计师事务所有限公司出具了华鹏验字[2007]324号《验资报告》，确认捷佳有限注册资本100万元人民币已缴足。2007年6月18日，捷佳有限在深圳市工商行政管理局宝安分局办理完成工商登记注册手续，并领取《企业法人营业执照》。2011年9月30日，捷佳有限召开股东会，通过《关于深圳市捷佳伟创微电子设备有限公司整体变更设立股份有限公司的议案》，整体变更为股份公司。2011年10月26日，公司在深圳市市场监督管理局办理完成工商变更登记手续并取得《企业法人营业执照》。 公司一直专注于晶体硅太阳能电池生产设备的技术与工艺研发，积累了丰富的行业应用经验，通过持续的技术与产品创新，掌握了多项具备独创性的核心工艺技术。持续的技术研发和丰富的技术储备使公司主要产品在技术和质量水平上达到国际先进水平。公司产品凭借高性价比优势迅速占领市场，并得到了用户的充分肯定和国内外同行的认可，产品已广泛应用于国内外知名太阳能电池制造企业，市场占有率较高。公司作为太阳能电池设备的领先企业，在PERC、TOPCon、HJT、IBC、钙钛矿等技术路线上进行了全面布局，并且推出了具有优势的差异化设备产品；同时公司顺应产品技术发展路径向半导体设备领域延伸，利用自身在光伏行业丰富的技术积累和人才储备，以及引进优秀的国内外技术团队，探索在半导体领域中创新性的应用，实现产业结构的优化，提升公司在相关领域的自主创新能力和研发水平，推进新产品研发和技术创新，确保公司在半导体设备领域取得突破。 公司建立了健全的研发体系，同时全面推进“产学研”一体化建设，将设备研发与电池制造工艺研发紧密结合，以满足太阳能电池生产企业对提高转换效率和降低生产成本的需求。公司自成立以来，不断进行技术和产品创新，丰富产品规格种类，推动先进晶体硅太阳能电池工艺技术的发展进程，具有较强的技术研发实力。截至2022年12月31日，公司已取得专利553项，其中发明专利48项。公司“管式等离子体增强化学气相沉积系列设备关键技术创新及产业化”项目荣获“2021年度广东省科技进步二等奖”；子公司常州捷佳创入选国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业。
