Company Introduction 中简有限成立于2008年4月28日，成立时的名称为“中简科技发展有限公司”，是由常州三毛纺织、东方化工、云南光机电、苏州海竞、成都和德盛、巨凝建材及自然人黄晓军共同出资，经常州市工商行政管理局核准成立的有限责任公司，注册资本为人民币14,400.00万元。 2015年8月19日，中简有限召开股东会，决定以2015年7月31日为审计及评估基准日，将有限公司整体变更为股份公司，以中简有限经审计的原账面净资产334,656,139.96元为依据，按照1.12:1的比例将净资产中的30,000万元折合为30,000万股，每股面值为人民币1元，净资产超过股本总额的部分计入资本公积，中简有限全体股东作为股份公司的发起人，按其在该时点各自在中简有限的出资比例持有相应数额的股份。2015年9月21日，江苏省常州市工商行政管理局向公司核发了《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：320407000101123）；2016年3月29日，江苏省常州市工商行政管理局向公司换发了《营业执照》（统一社会信用代码：91320400674857975P）。 本公司是专业从事高性能碳纤维及相关产品研发、生产、销售和技术服务的高新技术企业，是具有完全自主知识产权的国产高性能碳纤维及相关产品研发制造商，具备高强型ZT7系列（高于T700级）、ZT8系列（T800级）、ZT9系列（T1000/T1100级）和高模型ZM40J（M40J级）石墨纤维工程产业化能力，并已成为国内航空航天领域ZT7系列（高于T700级）碳纤维产品的批量稳定供应商。 高性能碳纤维具有质轻、高强度、高模量、导电、导热、耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗冲刷及溅射以及良好的可设计性、可复合性等一系列其他材料所不可替代的优良性能，是火箭、卫星、导弹、战斗机和舰船等尖端武器装备必不可少的战略新兴材料，因此长期被美日为首的发达国家所垄断和禁运。发行人经过长期自主研发并生产的国产ZT7系列（高于T700级）碳纤维产品打破了发达国家对宇航级碳纤维的技术装备封锁，各项技术指标达到国际同类型产品先进水平，经过严格的产品验证，已被批量稳定应用于我国航空航天八大型号，优先满足了国家战略需求，实现军民深度融合。 公司自成立以来，始终坚持以“技术领先，专注应用，技术向纵深发展，应用向纵横发展”为战略目标，致力于建设国产可定制、柔性化、智能化生产线在技术等级、盈利能力、应用水平和装备水平等方面，具备较强的国际竞争力。
