Company Introduction 公司系由卓胜有限按照经审计的净资产折股整体变更设立。卓胜有限系由许志翰、姚立生与天津浔渡共同出资设立。2012年8月10日，无锡市滨湖工商行政管理局向卓胜有限核发《企业法人营业执照》，成立时的注册资本为1,000万元。2017年8月25日，卓胜有限召开董事会，全体董事一致通过决议，同意以2017年7月31日为变更基准日，将卓胜有限整体变更为股份有限公司。同日，卓胜有限全体股东作为股份公司发起人签署了《江苏卓胜微电子股份有限公司发起人协议》。2017年8月29日，无锡市工商行政管理局就本次整体变更向股份公司核发《营业执照》（统一社会信用代码：913202110518277888），整体变更为江苏卓胜微电子股份有限公司。公司专注于射频领域集成电路的研发和销售，并借助卓越的科研技术、优质的产品和高效完善的服务，逐渐发展成为中国射频前端芯片市场的主要竞争者，在业内树立起较强的品牌影响力。目前公司已成为国内智能手机射频开关、射频低噪声放大器的领先品牌，公司的射频前端芯片应用于三星、小米、华为、vivo、OPPO、联想、魅族、TCL等终端厂商的产品。公司是业界率先基于RFCMOS工艺实现了射频低噪声放大器产品化的企业之一；发明了拼版式集成射频开关的方法，极大地缩短了射频开关的供货周期、提高了备货能力，并申请了发明专利；是国际上先行推出集成射频低噪声放大器和开关的单芯片产品的企业之一。凭借卓越的科研能力，与对市场需求的把握能力，公司的产品得到客户的广泛认可，基于CMOS技术的超低噪声4GLTE射频低噪声放大器获得由中国半导体行业协会颁发的“2016年第十一届中国半导体创新产品和技术”奖项。
