Company Introduction 2010年12月1日，陕西省科学技术厅作出《关于成立西安派瑞功率半导体变流技术有限公司的批复》（陕科改发[2010]151号），同意西电所以现金方式出资1,000万元成立派瑞有限。2010年12月10日，西安市工商行政管理局向派瑞有限核发了《企业法人营业执照》（注册号：610131100050581），派瑞有限正式成立。2015年12月29日，陕西省财政厅作出《关于西安电力电子技术研究所控股的西安派瑞功率半导体变流技术有限公司变更设立为股份有限公司的复函》（陕财办采资[2015]144号），同意派瑞有限整体变更为股份有限公司。2016年1月6日，陕西省科技厅作出《关于西安派瑞功率半导体变流技术有限公司变更设立为股份有限公司的批复》（陕科金发[2016]2号），同意派瑞有限整体变更设立为股份有限公司。2016年3月15日，西安市工商行政管理局向公司核发《营业执照》（统一社会信用代码：916101315660088532），注册资本为24,000万元，公司类型为其他股份有限公司（非上市）。 公司是国家高新技术企业，主营业务为电力半导体器件和装置的研发、生产、实验调试和销售服务。电力半导体器件也可称为电力电子器件或功率半导体器件，是发电、输配电、电能变换、储能、节能环保等装备的核心变流器件，用于电能分配、转换和控制。其对电能的控制，近似于水龙头阀门对水流的调节和控制，可对电流、电压、功率、频率、相位进行精确高效的控制和变换，广泛应用于电力、轨道交通、钢铁冶金、机械制造、石油、化工、汽车制造、船舶制造、矿山、核工业、军工等领域。公司产品可分为高压直流阀用晶闸管、普通元器件及电力电子装置三大类。高压直流阀用晶闸管包括直流输电用大功率电控晶闸管和光控晶闸管，主要应用于超高压、特高压直流输电工程，服务于国家能源输送及调配、绿色能源并网输电等重点能源建设领域，是并网和远距离输送不可替代的器件。普通元器件具体包含普通晶闸管、普通整流管、快速晶闸管和电力半导体模块，主要用于工业、科研等领域。发行人电力电子装置业务收入相对较少，可细分为电力电子变流装置及测试设备业务，电力电子变流装置业务主要涵盖铝电解整流柜、大功率IGBT开关电源、各类大功率试验电源等成套设备的生产；测试设备业务主要是电力半导体器件试验检测设备的开发、制造以及为满足客户个性化需求的非标设备开发、制造，前者主要用于电力半导体器件的过程检验、中间测试、出厂测试、型式试验以及可靠性试验，后者主要为满足各工业领域新兴的电力电子设备测试需求。
