| Company Introduction | 公司成立之初,主要生产研发各类智能远传水表使用的计量传感器及后端采集系统,智能远传水表使用的计量传感器用于将通过传统水表基表机械转动产生的用水计量转化为电子数据，通过线缆或无线等不同传输方式，传输至后端的采集机，并通过相应的软件对其记录、分析，为水务企业提供用户用水情况的数据。公司坚持持续研发创新，主要产品的研制时间均处于业内领先水平，其中磁敏式脉冲智能水表使用的计量传感器为1999年公司成立之初研发，水务管网现场控制机研发于2003年，厚膜直读智能水表研发于2011年，2012年公司推出了摄像直读智能水表使用的计量传感器,2017年公司推出了LoRa无线厚膜智能水表，2018年底公司推出了电感式脉冲智能水表及小口径超声波智能水表，电感式脉冲智能水表已于2019年开始批量销售，小口径超声波智能水表已于2019年小规模销售。公司生产的计量传感器及智能整表均为目前市场上最主流的、应用最广泛的智能远传水表产品。 智能远传水表使用的计量传感器配备相应的机械形式的智能基表,形成完整的智能远传水表整表。近年来，随着客户采购一体化设备需求的提升，公司产品提供及客户服务模式也积极顺应需求变化持续提升,从原主要提供计量传感器变为向客户提供整合了智能基表的智能远传水表整表。 公司的核心技术均与公司主营业务紧密相关,包括五大类使用不同技术原理实现用水量数据计量与采集的智能远传水表产品以及应用于供水管网中在线仪表的自动监测和监控的控制设备,产品线较为齐全，能顺应客户需求提供各类产品。截至本招股说明书签署日，公司现有专利43项，其中发明专利7项，取得软件著作权45项，参与7项行业标准的编制，其中2项已经发布实施。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
