Company Introduction 公司前身是雄昱电子（惠州）有限公司（以下简称“雄昱有限”）。2001年10月10日，雄昱电子有限公司（萨摩亚）（以下简称“雄昱电子”）签署了《雄昱电子（惠州）有限公司企业章程》。2001年10月18日，惠州大亚湾经济技术开发区对外经济贸易委员会出具《关于独资经营雄昱电子（惠州）有限公司的批复》（惠湾经贸字[2001]34号），同意雄昱电子设立雄昱有限，注册资本为420万美元。2001年10月23日，广东省人民政府向雄昱有限核发《中华人民共和国台港澳侨投资企业批准证书》（外经贸粤惠外资证字[2001]0100号）。2019年4月3日，科翔有限召开股东会，同意将科翔有限依法整体变更为股份有限公司，各发起人共同签署《发起人协议》，同意以科翔有限截至2018年11月30日经审计的净资产36,267.81万元，按1:0.3563比例折合股份12,923.77万股，每股面值1元，净资产超过注册资本的部分23,344.04万元列入资本公积。同日，公司召开创立大会，审议通过有限公司整体变更股份公司的相关议案。2019年4月16日，惠州市市场监督管理局向公司核发《营业执照》。 公司是一家从事高密度印制电路板研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业。公司目前拥有四个PCB生产基地，PCB年产能超过180万平方米，可以一站式提供双层板、多层板、高密度互连（HDI）板、厚铜板、高频/高速板、金属基板、IC载板等PCB产品，产品终端应用于消费电子、通讯设备、工业控制、汽车电子、计算机等领域。经过十八年发展，公司已成为国内产品品类最齐全、应用领域最广泛的PCB企业之一，位列中国电子电路行业协会2019年度内资PCB企业第22位、综合PCB企业第41位，N.T.Information2018年度全球百强PCB制造商第88位。
