Company Introduction 2004年2月2日，公司前身汇创达有限由王明旺、方炬、李明、赵国栋共同出资设立。汇创达有限设立时的注册资本为150万元，其中王明旺出资90万元，方炬出资30万元，李明出资15万元，赵国栋出资15万元，均以货币出资。2004年2月2日，汇创达有限取得深圳市工商行政管理局核发的注册号为4403012132488的《企业法人营业执照》。2015年8月1日，汇创达有限通过股东会决议，同意以汇创达有限全体股东作为发起人，将汇创达有限整体变更为深圳市汇创达科技股份有限公司。2015年11月1日，深圳市汇创达科技股份有限公司召开了创立大会暨第一次股东大会。2015年11月11日，公司在深圳市市场监督管理局办理完成了本次整体变更设立股份公司的工商登记手续，并领取了新的《营业执照》（统一社会信用代码：914403007586056365），注册资本为2,700万元。 公司主营业务为导光结构件及组件、精密按键开关结构件及组件的研发、设计、生产和销售。主要产品包括导光膜（LGF）、背光模组（LGF/LGPModule）等导光结构件及组件及金属薄膜开关（MetalDome）、超小型防水轻触开关（MicroWaterproofTactSwitch）等精密按键开关结构件及组件。
