Company Introduction 公司前身系杭州久祺工贸有限公司(以下简称久祺有限)，久祺有限系由自然人李政、韩利娅、卢志勇和李宇光共同出资组建，于2000年10月6日在杭州市工商行政管理局登记注册，取得注册号为3301002003559的营业执照。久祺有限以2018年11月30日为基准日，整体变更为股份有限公司，于2019年6月18日在杭州市工商行政管理局登记注册，总部位于浙江省杭州市。公司现持有统一社会信用代码为913301007043789098的营业执照，注册资本14,568万元，股份总数14,568万股(每股面值1元)。 公司主要从事自行车整车及其零部件和相关衍生产品的设计、研发、生产和销售。经过二十年的发展，公司成为国内主要的自行车产品出口商之一，产品远销全球五大洲80多个国家和地区，致力于将自行车产品的“中国制造”销往世界各地，为全球客户“一站式”提供全尺寸、多系列的自行车及相关产品。 公司以“绿色运动、健康生活”为企业宗旨，以环保、安全、符合力学原理及人体机能构造工学的产品为核心，以实现用户身体机能得到健康锻炼，满足消费者的健身休闲、代步出行、竞技娱乐等绿色低碳的工作生活需求。 公司主要产品包括儿童自行车、成人自行车、助力电动自行车等整车及相关配件产品，其中儿童自行车包括推杆车、儿童平衡车、学骑车、儿童脚踏车、表演车等车型，尺寸范围为10寸至20寸，可供各年龄段儿童骑行娱乐。成人自行车包括城市车、山地车、公路车、表演车等车型，具备代步出行、运动健身、户外娱乐等功能。助力电动自行车是以电机、电池作为辅助动力，搭载智能传感器系统，根据骑行者脚踏力的大小，给予动力辅助，实现人力骑行、电机助力一体化的新型交通工具，近年来在欧洲地区的销售增长较快。公司已形成完整的产品体系，可为客户提供全尺寸、多系列的自行车、助力电动自行车及相关产品，形成了较为完整的产品体系。
