Company Introduction 浙江宏昌电器科技股份有限公司成立于1996年，位于金华市新宏路788号，是一家集研发、生产、销售于一体的高新技术企业。主要产品为流体电磁阀、水位传感器、模块化组件等，用于全自动洗衣机、净水器、智能坐便器、洗碗机等家电厨卫领域。 公司是国内较早从事流体电磁阀研发生产的企业之一，在二十余年的发展历程中，公司伴随着国内洗衣机等家电行业的发展而不断产品创新和技术积累，逐步发展成为一家生产规模较强、产品种类丰富、研发实力雄厚的磁感控制产品专业制造企业。公司凭借优质的产品开发能力、稳定的产品质量和及时的响应服务与下游家电行业知名企业海尔集团、美的集团、海信集团、松下集团、TCL集团等建立了长期合作关系，在行业内具有为全球客户提供高性价比的电子电器配件。 公司先后通过了ISO9001质量体系认证、ISO14001环境管理体系认证和OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证，主导了《洗衣机进水电磁阀》（T/ZZB0350-2018）和《饮用水处理装置用电磁阀》（T/ZZB0601-2018）等浙江制造团体标准的起草，并参与了《中华人民共和国轻工行业标准——洗衣机进水阀技术条件》（QB/T4274-2011）和《智能坐便器关键零部件进水稳压电磁阀》（T/CHEAA0012-2020）团体标准的起草。建有通过美国UL官方认可的进水电磁阀类目击实验室，产品通过CQC（CCEE）、美国UL、德国ENEC、TUV、CE认证。 公司已获得“高新技术企业”、“国家知识产权优势企业”、“专精特新小巨人企业”、“浙江省隐形冠军企业”、“制造业单项冠军省级培育企业”“AAA浙江省守合同重信用单位”、“浙江省企业研究院”、“浙江省级高新技术研究开发中心”、“浙江省级技术中心”、“浙江省节水型企业”、“金华市人民政府质量奖”等荣誉称号。 2019年4月，公司完成股改，2020年6月，公司向深圳证券交易所提交了IPO申请文件，12月25日IPO获得深圳证券交易所上市委审核通过。2021年5月12日获中国证监会同意首次公开发行股票注册的批复,6月11日成功在深交所上市。
