Company Introduction 烟台石川密封科技股份有限公司（原烟台石川密封垫板有限公司，以下简称“公司”）是1991年由烟台石棉制品总厂与日本石川密封垫板株式会社合资成立。为国内70余家公司提供技术支持，德国FEV奥地利AVL咨询公司的认可公司位于山东省烟台市芝罘区APEC科技工业园，在职员工500余人，其中工程技术人员100余人，厂区占地面积74000平方米，其中建筑面积40000平方米。 近年来，公司通过积*调整产品结构，进行内部改革，专注于具有优势与发展前景的产品的研发和市场开拓，本着“产品相近、工艺相似、市场相同”的原则、在充分利用现有资源的前提下，走**化发展的道路。公司研发生产的各类密封垫片、橡胶件、隔热罩、纤维密封板材、涂胶板等产品，广泛应用于各类商用车、乘用车、船舶、通用机械及石化、热电站等需要密封的领域。是**摩擦密封材料协会副理事长、内燃机协会多缸小柴油机理事会副会长单位，是国内**生产密封产品的企业之一。 公司引进日本石川技术和生产流水线，在消化吸收了国外**的设计理念和制造工艺的基础上，通过不断的自主创新，持续保持了在产品研发、实验、制造、检验等方面的行业**地位，具有同国内外主机厂同步研发的能力。目前公司设计技术、制造技术、试验技术不断提升，产品不断升级与扩展，已建有行业**的密封试验室，始终保持与主机厂同步开发的能力，公司的核心竞争力不断增强。为了适应国际环保的发展趋势，自行研制的非石棉密封垫板和增强石墨密封垫板获得**发明**，无石棉板材获得欧洲权威检测机构认可；公司研发的全金属气缸垫获得**实用新型**二十余项；涂胶板获得两项发明**，隔热罩产品获得两项实用新型**。 近几年，公司实现了跳跃式发展，销售收入持续保持平稳增长，连续多年在行业内名列前茅。公司先后通过了ISO9000、QS9000、IATF16949质量管理体系认证和ISO14001环境体系认证，质量管理水平不断提升。公司先后被认定为“**高新技术企业”、“山东省**技术企业”、“省级企业技术**”。主导产品“樱花”牌密封垫片被认定为“山东**产品”,“樱花”牌商标被认定为“山东省**商标”。同时，公司获得“**内燃机工业百年成就奖”、摩檫密封行业“**企业奖”、山东省国防机械电子工业“五一劳动奖状”等诸多荣誉称号。 为适应国际环保发展趋势，公司将“创新”、“环保”理念深入发展战略，坚持绿色环保、职业卫生，产品实现无石棉化、金属化，产品满足低排放、可回收，担负起行业环境保护的社会责任。公司未来将充分发挥在**、技术、基础研究、人才、管理等方面的优势，本着“产品相近、工艺相似、市场相同”的原则，围绕密封做文章，大力进行相关产品应用研究和市场开发，拓展内燃机、制冷空调压缩机、空压机、石油化工、通用机械等行业领域的产品线和市场空间，保持公司持续健康发展。 公司将始终坚持精益求精和持续改进的经营理念，秉承“谨以密封服务于社会”的企业价值观，担负“密封可靠”的企业使命，坚持“做**的密封专家、永远的**企业”的企业愿景，持续以客户需求为关注点，不断研发创新，为顾客提供满意的密封方案和服务，并热情欢迎国内外顾客莅临考察、指导。
