| Company Introduction | 公司位于江苏省张家港市锦丰镇，成立于2000年1月。公司产品以Φ2.5-9米规格的环锻件为主，覆盖风电、机械、石化等行业，年产环锻件能力15万吨，销售收入达9亿元。公司于2021年8月3日在深交所创业板上市。 公司加快环锻件产品与品种开发，环锻件规格不断延伸，单重最大达50吨，最大高度1600mm，环锻件材质、品种逐年向高中端拓展，公司研发成功的主导产品——风电机组核心部件用环锻件，3兆瓦大型风电主轴承环、风电机组的回转支撑法兰环等产品。公司受全国大型铸锻件标准化技术委员会委托为主参与编写《JB/T12138-2015风塔法兰大型环锻件技术条件》、《3兆以上风电偏航齿圈标准行业标准》，已通过国家机械行业标准的评审。产品广泛销于国内外西门子、金风、远景等著名企业。 公司在国内首创智能化的高端环锻生产线，从连铸锭下料、压坯、碾环、热处理、金加工、探伤与尺寸检验，通过MES系统指令，自动化操作与转序，并实现与公司ERP系统对接，率先实现了大中型环锻件的智能化生产，荣获省级“高端环锻件绿色智能制造车间”、“国家级专精特新小巨人企业”等荣誉。 公司坚持以科技创新引领企业发展，建立了“江苏省级环形锻件工程技术研究中心”、荣获“江苏省高新技术企业”“苏州市质量奖”等称号，目前已拥有授权专利88项，其中发明专利50项。公司加快人才引进与技术快速提升，还先后与武汉理工大学、江苏科技大学、上海交通大学建立产学研合作，依先后荣获“国家科技进步二等奖”1项、“中国专利优秀奖”2项，以及多项省级科技进步奖。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
