Company Introduction 公司前身为本立有限，由张桂友、周菊芳和台州信友共同出资组建的浙江信友变更而来。2011年5月13日，浙江信友取得了临海市工商行政管理局颁发的注册号为331082000066502的《企业法人营业执照》。2013年7月9日，浙江信友更名为浙江本立化工有限公司。2014年10月12日，本立有限召开股东会并作出决议，全体股东一致同意以2014年12月31日为基准日将本立有限整体变更为股份公司。2015年6月26日，本立科技召开创立大会暨第一次股东大会，同意全体发起人以本立有限截至2014年12月31日经审计的净资产39,595,930.36元，以1.1313123:1比例折合股份35,000,000股，每股面值为人民币1元，剩余净资产4,595,930.36元计入资本公积。2015年6月26日，发行人会计师对本次整体变更进行审验，并出具信会师报字【2015】第610459号《验资报告》，确认截至2015年6月26日，公司已收到全体股东缴纳的注册资本3,500万元。2015年7月3日，公司完成工商变更登记手续。统一社会信用代码：913310005753258189。 发行人主营业务为医药中间体、农药中间体、新材料中间体的研发、生产和销售。发行人始终坚持以创新为驱动，针对化工中间体行业应用领域存在的痛点和难点，开发安全、环保和经济的合成工艺以替代传统工艺，是国内领先的专注于清洁生产的化工中间体生产企业。 二十世纪中叶以来，全球医药和农药等行业蓬勃发展，随着国际分工和合作深入，生产向中国、印度等地转移，凭借成本优势和完善的产业链，我国化工中间体行业发展较快，但也存在产业总体较低端和传统合成工艺污染较大等问题。发行人致力于通过自主研发创新，为喹诺酮原料药等行业的产业升级提供安全、环保、高效的中间体产品、技术与服务。发行人专注于化工中间体领域十余年，积累了较多专利与非专利技术，并构建了成熟高效的研发和成果转化体系，形成了较强的持续研发创新能力。 发行人聚焦喹诺酮原料药及关键中间体绿色工艺路线的研究，创设了一氧化碳羰基化反应、四氯化碳傅克反应和喹诺酮原料药绿色合成等技术平台，实现801产品和1201产品等关键中间体产业化，并通过上述关键中间体把部分喹诺酮原料药的生产工艺统一到一个大平台上，有效解决了有毒、有害原料使用量大、“三废”产生量多、生产成本高等行业问题，为喹诺酮原料药及关键中间体规模化、循环化、连续化和自动化生产创造了条件。
