Company Introduction 戎美股份是业内知名的线上服饰品牌零售公司之一。基于互联网平台，依托“戎美RUMERE”品牌，公司经营服装的企划设计、供应链管理和销售业务，主要产品包括职业与休闲风格的女装及男装和配饰等，并在自身风格体系内，紧贴全球时尚潮流。在互联网平台和自身信息系统的支持下，公司依托线上销售渠道，凭借自身供应链管理能力，打造柔性供应链体系，实现了小订单，快反应的互联网新零售模式。 公司以企划设计和供应链管理为核心竞争力，在信息管理系统的支持下，充分发挥自身渠道优势，坚持为消费者提供高品质、高性价比的产品。公司产品企划采用项目制，以产品为单位形成产品小组，集合各业务部门的员工，实现全业务流程信息的对称沟通。公司企划设计以周为单位滚动推进，紧随当季流行趋势，在竞争日趋激烈的服装市场中，保持款式设计、面料材质和色彩图案搭配的时尚度和新颖度，形成了独特的品牌风格和品质特征，为消费者提供持续的优质体验。公司在产品供应链的管理中，通过与上游供应商的长期合作，形成了以小批量、定制化及快速响应为特点的供应链体系。同时，公司自主开发了契合自身业务模式特点的信息管理系统，实时获取终端消费者的反馈，并传递至设计及供应链环节，形成了快速反应的产品开发与生产计划调整能力，及时满足顾客的产品需求，实现了产品供应精准、信息反馈及时、上新频率稳定的良性业务闭环。 公司自创立之初即定位于通过互联网渠道为消费者提供高品质、高性价比的服饰，经过多年运营，公司在线上销售渠道已具备信用度、粉丝数量及客户口碑等方面的优势。报告期内，公司主要店铺“戎美高端女装”累计获得超过500万次的买家好评。截至2020年12月31日，“戎美高端女装”在产品相符、服务态度和物流服务三个维度的店铺评分均接近满分，粉丝数量超过500万，门店好评率超过99.9%。优质的品牌形象和较高的顾客满意度，使得公司抓住新零售时代带来的机遇，实现自身业务的不断发展。 公司坚持“戎美RUMERE”单品牌多品类的运营模式，依托电子商务平台，凭借自主的企划设计能力、快速响应的产品供应链，在信息系统的支持下对顾客需求做出快速反应，并逐步形成了品牌的护城河。报告期内，公司平均每年销售产品SPU数量近4,000款，并保持业绩的总体增长。2018年度、2019年度及2020年度，公司收入为7.04亿元、6.94亿元及8.51亿元人民币。
