Company Introduction 发行人前身为广州市金钟汽车零件制造有限公司。2004年5月26日，辛洪萍、辛洪燕、李小敏共同签署《广州市金钟汽车零件制造有限公司章程》，约定出资50万元设立金钟有限，其中辛洪萍出资35万元，辛洪燕出资7.5万元，李小敏出资7.5万元。2004年5月26日，广州市安正达会计师事务所出具“安会所验字〔2004〕第132号”《验资报告》，验证截至2004年5月26日止，公司已收到全体股东缴纳的注册资本合计人民币50万元。2004年5月31日，金钟有限经广州市工商行政管理局核准设立登记，取得注册号为4401212002259的营业执照。2017年10月10日，金钟有限的全体股东作为发起人召开股份公司创立大会，同意以截至2017年8月31日公司经审计的净资产折股，整体变更为股份有限公司。2017年11月7日，金钟股份领取了广州市工商行政管理局核发的统一信用代码为914401147619330242的《营业执照》，办理完毕了本次整体变更设立股份公司相关的工商变更登记手续。 公司集设计、开发、生产和销售于一体的专业汽车内外饰件制造商，主要产品包括汽车轮毂装饰件（轮毂装饰盖和轮毂镶件）和汽车标识装饰件（汽车标牌和汽车字标）。目前，公司已成功进入世界主要整车制造商的供应体系，成为一家具备全球化供应能力的汽车内外饰件企业，产品除供应国内市场外，还远销北美、欧洲、韩国、泰国、印度、巴西等国家或地区。 公司目前在广东省广州市和清远市拥有两大生产基地，拥有从模具设计开发、注塑到电镀、喷涂等表面装饰工艺的完整生产流程，具备与整车制造商同步研发的能力，经过多年研发和生产的经验积累，公司在表面装饰工艺特别是电镀工艺和喷涂工艺形成了自身的独特技术优势，产品质量处于国内领先水平。强大的研发投入，使技术和质量处于国际先进水平。目前拥有专利63项，其中已授权发明5项，实用新型58项。通过高新技术企业认定、广州市科技创新小巨人、市级企业研发机构、市级企业技术中心、省级企业技术中心、省工程技术研究中心、2016年专利优秀奖。
