| Company Introduction | 公司是一家专注于电子精密线缆连接组件的研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业，目前产品主要应用于安防设备和通讯设备等领域。公司致力于为安防、通讯等领域客户提供电子精密线缆连接组件的连接解决方案，并逐步向军工装备、轨道交通、医疗器械、新能源等领域积极拓展。公司坚持走自主创新道路，把技术创新能力的建设作为公司持续发展的原动力。公司拥有一支技术水平较高、熟悉行业技术发展方向、项目经验丰富、善于创新的产品研发队伍，通过自主创新研发、协同客户研发以及辅助客户研发的方式，及时为客户研发出满足需求的连接组件。公司的技术中心研发实力较强、先后被认定为“河南省企业技术中心”、“河南省精密连接组件工程技术研究中心”和“河南省精密线缆连接组件工业公共技术研发设计中心”，自主研发的IP67等级防水技术、阻断式防水技术、信号完整性处理技术等多项核心技术已形成规模化生产，有效解决了客户对安防类精密线缆连接组件的气密性要求。公司始终坚持以客户需求为导向，严把产品质量关，在产品技术创新及生产经营方面持续稳健发展。公司先后通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证、IATF16949:2016、医疗器械质量管理体系认证和武器装备质量管理体系认证，具有较强的市场竞争力。公司是“2016-2017年度河南省省长质量奖”获得者，获得中国电子企业协会“2019全国电子信息行业优秀企业”称号。经过多年发展，公司在研发和技术应用、客户群体、管理团队、快速响应能力、产品质量控制、成本控制等方面具有一定的优势，与海康威视、大华股份、中兴通讯、宇视科技、韩华泰科、天地伟业等企业建立了长期稳定的合作关系。公司在努力实现经济效益的同时，积极履行社会责任。公司所在地周口市沈丘县系国家级贫困县，公司通过产业扶贫、就业扶贫的方式，增加就业岗位，带动周边区域经济发展，为沈丘县“脱贫摘帽”作出贡献。截至2021年6月30日，公司为周口本地安排就业人员2,678个，其中曾经及目前在公司就业的贫困户人员有620人；通过产业扶贫帮扶17个扶贫加工基地安排就业人员1,060人，其中贫困户人员163人；公司近年来通过产业精准扶贫直接或间接帮扶783名贫困户脱贫。公司于2018年9月被河南省工商业联合会授予“2018河南民营企业社会责任100强”称号，2018年10月被周口市扶贫办公室授予“产业扶贫基地”称号，2018年12月被中华全国工商业联合会、人力资源和社会保障部、中华全国总工会授予“全国就业与社会保障先进民营企业”称号，2019年11月7日被河南省扶贫开发办公室授予“省级扶贫龙头企业”称号，2021年5月被中共河南省委、河南省人民政府授予“河南省脱贫攻坚先进集体”称号。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生后，公司积极响应客户、政府号召，在做好防护、确保员工安全的前提下于2020年2月3日复工复产，紧急生产红外热成像体温检测设备和安检设备配套的精密线缆连接组件，及时交付给客户，助力疫情防控。公司于2020年3月被河南省发展和改革委员会列为“河南省疫情防控重点保障物资生产企业”。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
