Company Introduction 公司专注于汽车发动机零部件的研发、制造与销售，致力成长为符合国际一流标准的动力及传动系统核心零部件的全球供应商。 公司自主研究发明了“球墨铸铁汽油发动机主轴承盖铸造方法及应用该方法的铸造模具”和“汽车发动机连体主轴承盖的生产方法”两项发明专利，并规模化地运用上述发明专利为全球大众品牌及其他知名品牌汽车和发动机制造企业提供发动机主轴承盖产品。自2005 年以来，公司经过不断的技术革新，发动机主轴承盖产品与核心客户始终保持着同步研发的紧密合作关系。公司一方面不断提升工艺技术水平，持续提升铸造和机加工等主要工艺的生产和转化效率，提升产品品质的同时降低无效损耗；另一方面也通过不断研发，伴随着核心客户发动机型号的升级换代同步提供主轴承盖产品，始终与核心客户保持了稳定的业务合作关系。 公司是大众汽车的全球供应商和A 级供应商，产品主要用于大众集团旗下大众、奥迪、斯柯达等品牌，覆盖1.0L-3.6L 发动机，为大众集团EA888 系列、EA211 系列、EA390 系列汽油发动机以及EA288 系列柴油发动机等提供配套主轴承盖。在大众集团旗下企业中，公司客户包括大众汽车及其控股的匈牙利奥迪、斯柯达公司、巴西大众、墨西哥大众、印度大众等境外企业，也包括大众汽车在国内的合资企业，如大众一汽发动机、上汽大众、上海大众动力总成等。 除大众品牌之外，公司也陆续开发了东风雷诺、东风动力、福田汽车、北京宝沃等车企的配套供应产品，并进入上述公司的供应链系统，不断丰富和完善公司的客户及产品结构。
