Company Introduction 常州祥明智能动力股份有限公司，成立于1995年。以电机技术为核心，提供各类交流电机、直流无刷电机、直流有刷电机和精密风机，以及磁耦合泵、精密减速与传动、控制组件和软件等产品技术解决方案，具有给客户定制开发的技术能力。产品主要应用于暖通设备、空气洁净、交通车辆、冷链物流、信息产业、智能制造/物流、医疗健康等领域。公司致力于发展节能和智能化的电机、风机、泵类等安全、高效、环保的产品，客户分布于国内20多个省市，产品出口欧洲、亚洲、美洲等30多个国家。 公司分别通过了ISO9001:2000、IATF16949质量管理体系和ISO14001:2004环境管理体系认证，产品获得了“CCC”、“CE”、“VDE”、“TüV”、“UL”、“E-mark”等安全认证，检测中心获得国家CNAS认定。祥明商标是中国驰名商标。 公司拥有工程技术及科研人员80多名，建有江苏省工程技术研究中心、江苏省微特电机及应用集成与控制工程技术研究中心，建有博士后创新实践基地。公司参与起草国家和行业标准14项，是中国电子元件行业协会科学技术委员会委员单位，是中国电器科学研究院全国旋转电机标准化技术委员会小功率电机分技术委员会委员单位，是中国电子集团信息产业用微特电机及组件标准化委员会委员单位。目前，公司产品品种累计3000多种，已授权专利36项，其中发明专利8项，计算机软件著作权3项，PCT专利1项。公司自主研发的全集成智能化无刷直流电机被评选为“中国电子学会电子信息科学技术进步二等奖”。 公司于2008年获得“江苏省高新技术企业”新标准认定，2011年获江苏省“创新型试点企业”，是国家知识产权贯标企业。自2007年起，公司连续12年入围“中国电子元件百强企业”，是中国电子元件行业协会副理事长单位、中国电子元件协会微特电机及组件分会的副理事长单位。 公司秉承“培育一流员工，生产一流产品，创建一流企业，实现一流效益”的愿景，以“创新、拼搏、诚信、共赢”的核心价值观，营造积极向上的企业文化，积极履行社会责任，塑造企业良好的社会形象。
